¡Bienvenido a Hale Pohaku 3- Actualización completa en febrero de 2016 y decorado profesionalmente!

El gran lanai cubierto frente al mar lo coloca al frente y al centro para ver delfines y ballenas jugando en las olas. También tendrá un gran asiento para disfrutar de las famosas puestas de sol de Kona. El lanai está situado sobre la piscina y puedes ver la puerta de acceso a la playa de arena frente al complejo donde puedes buscar tortugas.

La sala de estar y la cocina disfrutan de increíbles vistas al mar, mientras que las dos habitaciones son tranquilas y tienen sus propios baños privados. El complejo tiene una sensación muy privada con solo 6 unidades que comparten las comodidades, que incluyen la piscina, canchas de tenis y estacionamiento cubierto. La ubicación es ideal a solo un par de millas al sur de la ciudad de Kona, para algunos se encuentra a poca distancia para otros, a poca distancia en coche. ¡También a solo un par de millas de distancia se encuentra Magic Sands y Kahalu'u beach, uno de los mejores lugares para practicar snorkel en las islas! Ahhh...relaxation!

Ut was a nice place to stay with lots of extras in the closets and cupboards. However, the dryer did not dry and we couldve used another roll of TP ing it was a very nice place. The only complainwas 8excellent

Paradise

Overall it was a great place to stay while visiting my mom. Location was perfect. Kitchen had everything we needed. The communication was great with the people that manage it. Would definitely book again.

Loved our place. Great location, just a few minutes from shopping, grocery store, snorkelling, manta ray adventure, and 34 minutes to Hāpuna Beach State Recreation white sand beach. Will be returning next year.

Family vacation

Great views, overall comfotable, good location. Note air cond is extra 50.00 a day. Also 2 flights of stairs to lug up suitcases and groceries. Hard on older folks. TV difficult to figure out.

Tropical Dream come true

This is one of the best vacation rentals we've ever stayed. The view is, of course, stunning. The condo is comfortable and very well appointed. Even though we did not utilize the concierge service, the staff was outstanding -- reaching out several times prior to departure to offer help, calling us shortly after our arrival to make sure all was well, and alerting us to events that could potentially impact our plans. Kudos to the staff!

One of the best rentals I have stayed at!

This condo true to its listing. The decor was wonderful and the inside was very clean. We appreciated all the extras that came with the space (beach toys, chairs, kitchen extras, umbrellas, bags, coolers, etc) it was all here and we didn't need to worry about it. There were plenty of fans in the condo to help keep us cool when needed, otherwise we did not miss having the AC at all. The beach waves helped drown out any street or neighbor noise, which we loved. The condo was close and convenient to everything along the coast and we would definitely stay here again.

We stayed in this condo for Ironman it was the perfect location for the event It was right on the run course. The condo is as ocean from as you can get. The kitchen is well equipped for any cooking you would want to do. We will definitely return someday and stay here again.

1st trip to the Big Island

This place was very nice. My wife, 16 year old daughter and myself stayed here. It is a short 5 minute drive into town for great restaurants. Short 5 minute walk to The Poke Shack that has great food. Picture perfect setting right on the water with a great lania that we enjoyed each morning drinking our coffee. It was a little noisey as the windows are actually shutters with screens, no glass. The A/C worked great. Overall very nice and i would definately consider staying here again.

Amazing views!!

We had a great time and the property was spacious and had everything we needed. The views were absolutely stunning! We enjoyed the pool and walking down by the rocks and beach area. It was nice to have the air conditioning units but we didn't have to use them a lot. The condo (especially the window screens) could have been cleaner but I would still recommend staying here.

Love Kona!

Overall stay was great. Some small things made it to my attention as I took my elderly parents to visit the island for the last time possibly. Couch was completely wore out or broke or both. We would slide right off the cushions because it was so deformed from the hide a bed inside and most likely being old. Other than that it was what I expected. The pictures were taken freshly after a remodel whenever that was. Must have been a while ago. Somewhere along the way we have lost the pay it forward as there was nothing in the cupboards as for spices, syrup, soups, unopened chips or anything in the fridge as for leftover Waters or other things that do not spoil. I miss that! You basically have to grocery shop and what's left over at the end of your stay throw out. No aloha in that..... is there? Don't get me wrong we had a wonderful time as always. We consider Kona our second home!

The only two complaints I had with the property and they might sound silly but: 1- very loud from the ocean. I was aware of the ocean noise but the walls of the condo are pretty much open other than louvers to block the sound. 2- No barbecue on the property. Kind of a let down but I should have asked.

Incroyable séjour

Le logement est tout confort, en parfaite adéquation avec l’annonce, bien situé sur AliDrive, une vue INCROYABLE imprenable sur la côte (pouvoir observer les dauphins du balcon était génial !) et l’accès à la très jolie piscine jusque à côté de l’océan juste parfait ! Recommandé à 200% !

Mesmerizing !

One of 6 condo units, 2nd floor, unobstructed ocean view barely 40' from the surf, which is mesmerizing over coffee at first light or with a glass of wine as the sun slips over the horizon, and soothing all through the night. The style is vaguely Asian, louvered windows, lots of wood. This kitchen is not quite as slick as it appears in the web photos, but more than adequate. Beds are comfortable, plenty of towels, storage adequate, Shower water pressure is weak, but that seems to be true all over the big island. About 10 minutes south of Kona center, quiet but close to the action. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

The Views!!!

My wife, mother-in-law and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Holualoa. While at the property, we spent the majority of our time on the spacious lanai/patio overlooking the water (gorgeous and tranquil with the waves crashing against the rocky shore). The property description was on point, check-in/checkout was straightforward and the single parking space is spacious/covered and in a garage connected to the property. Our only issue was that one of the AC units in one of the bedrooms was on the fritz. Kona Coast Property Mgmt provided us with a mobile unit the following day, and that did the trick. Speaking of which, I would highly advise adding the optional air conditioning (at least during the time of year for our stay: August). It was warm late into the evening, but that is to be expected that time of the year in Kona. We would definitely stay at this property again.

Beautiful View!

You can’t beat the view at this location. The condo stayed cool with plenty of windows and fans. Check out was a little difficult with our code being turned off hours before checkout. Luckily we had a phone with us so we could call to get another code, but it cancelled right away too so we had to just make sure someone was inside all of the time while loading our car.

Beautiful view

We loved our stay on this condo. The unit has a gorgeous oceanfront view and access to a small sandy beach. Sunset views were amazing. It is a small condo building that seems well maintained and the balcony of the unit is quite private. The only warning for guests is that the road noise is pretty loud in the primary bedroom with all the windows open. If road noise bothers you at night, bring earplugs. It’s probably a problem for most condos on Alii Drive. The location and views of the condo make this small inconvenience well worth it. Would definitely stay here again!

Anniversary trip

This property was exactly as advertised and more! We stayed here with our daughter and her husband to help them celebrate their 25th anniversary. The 2 bedrooms were situated so both couples had plenty of privacy. There was a beach area to the left of the condo that was a very short stroll from the condo. We saw dolphins swimming by almost everyday. The condo was well equipped with everything we needed. WWe had an issue with the door lock sticking but the issue was dealt with right away. The property manager was easy to reach. We would definitely stay in this condo again!
