This charming property offers a cozy atmosphere for your stay, providing all the comforts you need. The Space:
Welcome to our cozy and spacious retreat, boasting a generous 1800 square feet of living space.
Perfectly situated on the Northwest side of Philadelphia this consist of 2 units.

We offer a high-quality, premium 12 inch thick fluffy memory foam that provides exceptional comfort and support. Our mattress is made of multiple layers of memory foam, which conforms to the contours of your body and distributes your weight evenly across the surface, reducing pressure points and providing a comfortable sleep experience.

Head up the stairs to the third floor and walk immediately into the beautiful kitchen space. Granite countertops, a full stove, refrigerator, and microwave are all for your use. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook during your stay including pots, pans, and kitchen utensils. Brew a cup of coffee to start your mornings with the provide coffee maker and coffee. A peninsula island with four bar provides a perfect space to enjoy meals as the custom chandelier sparkles light from above.

Just off the kitchen there is a large oversize sofa to kick your feet up at the end of the day.

Directly off the kitchen and living space you will find the primary bedroom featuring double doors, a small sitting area and a brand-new queen-size bed with fresh linens and comfortable pillows. A smart TV hangs on the wall ready to stream your favorite shows.

The kitchen is fully appointed with everything you need to cook including pots, pans, cooking utensils, and dishware. Find small appliances including a coffee maker with coffee provided. Enjoy clean lines, exposed brick, and beautiful light fixtures creating a highly desired city loft feel.

Directly opposite of the living and kitchen travel down the hallway to find the units one bathroom and the second bedroom.

The bathroom has been fully renovated featuring unique touches including a floating vanity, shower/tub combination, and a stackable washer and dryer for your use.

The bathroom is outfitted with all the essentials including towels, shampoo, bodywash, and a hair dryer. Just down from the bathroom is the second bedroom featuring a new mattress with crisp linens and a smart TV. This lovely townhome has a Walk Score of 72 out of 100. This location is Very Walkable so most errands can be accomplished on foot.

Lebanon Ave is a 14 minute walk from the 10 13th-Market to 63rd-Malvern at the 63rd St & Jefferson St stop.

This location is in the Overbrook neighborhood in Philadelphia. Nearby parks include Cobbs Creek, Morris Park and Tustin Recreation Center.

Has good transit which means many nearby public transportation options.

There are several options for getting around:

Public transportation: The neighborhood is well-served by public transportation, with several bus routes and a trolley line running through the area. The SEPTA Route 10 trolley runs along Lancaster Avenue, just a few blocks north and provides access to West Philadelphia, Center City, and other parts of the city.

Walking: Parkside is a walkable neighborhood, with many amenities and services within a short distance. There are several parks and green spaces nearby, including West Fairmount Park and the Centennial Arboretum, which offer opportunities for walking and outdoor recreation.

Biking: The neighborhood is also bike-friendly, with several bike lanes and trails in the area. The Schuylkill River Trail, which runs along the Schuylkill River, is easily accessible from Parkside and provides a scenic route for biking and walking.

Please note that we require a $249 Refundable Incidnetal fee to be paid prior to your check-in date. This fee is paid directly to us and is fully refundable given the fact no damages had occured to the property and non of our house rules and policies were breached.

Your health and safety are our top priority. We perform an enhanced deep cleaning process between every reservation, with special attention to frequently touched surfaces.

This home is in a family-friendly residential neighborhood – neighbors are not to be disturbed, especially during the overnight quiet hours.

There is a $75 pet fee per pet for stays of 7 nights or less. We charge $100 per pet for guests who stay for more than 7 nights. Small dogs are permitted.

As a reminder, we kindly request that pets remain off the bed and sofa during your stay. This policy is in place to ensure that our furniture remains clean and comfortable for all of our guests. We understand that pets can bring great joy, and we hope that you and your pet will have a wonderful stay with us while respecting this request. Guests are responsible for any damages caused by their pets.


NO SMOKING!
Please refrain from smoking, vaping, or using hookah inside or outside of our apartment. To ensure the health and safety of all our guests, we have a strict no-smoking policy in our premises.

Smoking is permitted outside the building, but we kindly ask that you smoke away from the building and be considerate of other guests.

★ To ensure the safety of all our guests, it is important that the smoke detector batteries remain intact throughout your stay. Removing the smoke detector batteries is strictly prohibited and will result in a penalty of $50. We kindly request your cooperation in keeping the smoke detectors functional at all times. Your safety is our top priority, and we appreciate your understanding and adherence to this policy.
