And while listening to some great music, also take advantage of a beautiful new kitchen that you can prepare your favorite foods and desserts in! This 3Bd/3Ba stay is elegantly decorated to make you feel like it is your home away from home! *There are no large parties or smoking in this property. The smoking fee is $250 and if there is more than 14 people in the house at one time/ playing loud music then I will ask everyone to leave.

Stayed in Philadelphia to visit family downtown and zoo a short uber away, plenty of room and bathrooms for my 2daughters,nephew and sister as well as games on hand and smart tvs on every floor for kids, washer and dryer were convenient and any emergency needs were met promptly first plans I'll look up next time i visit

Stay was amazing, neighbors are loud and dogs bark throughout the night but this place is definitely a hidden gem.. there is a corner store across the top of the street which was convenient but the only downside was that there were indeed flies flying around a bit frequently as well as dead flies on the basement ground other than that this was an amazing stay for me and my family and we’d visit again

Listing incredibly deceiving

Neighborhood not safe. No hot water. Unable to reach the host for 6 hours. Had to move out and find another place to stay. Very disappointed and cost us dearly to find other accommodations.

A birthday celebration for my grandson

First, this property was perfect for this celebration. My grandson celebrated with his best friends who have been together since childhood. The property offered all necessities and was clean, well appointed and stylish! I would reserve this property again!

Super Slumber Party

We we're thrilled to find that this house was as it was depicted in the pictures. It was very cozy and well kept. Having 3 bathrooms with teen girls was definitely a plus. The owner was very timely in his communication throughout our stay. The house was equipped with many essentials that you may need for your stay, including board games. We look forward to returning next time we need a home away from home.

Once you’re inside, it’s great! However, parking was near impossible and the neighborhood questionable.

Very close to everything

The property is very well maintained and owner is very responsive and friendly. The location to all we wanted to do was perfect. The parking is not ideal but it’s a downtown location and it is what it is. The front door lock is very tricky to lock when you leave so just make sure you triple check it. We give it a thumbs up for our visit.

Philly Baseball Weekend

My niece and nephew and I ( M24,F 26 and F60 YO ) do a baseball stadium a year specifically to see the Mets play. Fergie’s Spot was perfect to accommodate us and he was an AMAZING host. He communicated timely and effectively and more importantly accommodated a last minute request with enthusiasm and grace. I am in the hospitality field for 40 plus years and I can recognize a gem when I experience one. As far as the previous reviewers comments , we felt very comfortable and the neighbors were warm and friendly when we took a few walks.Many giving us a hearty smile and greeting . I had the sense that this was a fine neighborhood community. There are quite a few elderly and I was humbled by how many were sitting on their porches with younger people talking and having a few laughs. The house was immaculate and had everything we needed and more. We found parking both nights with no trouble and Saturday night we were right in front of the house.

A big lie

This property is in the getto. I know it doesn't look like it but that is because they didn't post a picture of the outside. I refused to even get out of my car. Neighborhood seemed very getto. Don't book with this property.

Great House

The house was great, clean and just like the booking described. Couple of things to considered are the roads are small and only has on street parking, so you better be great at parallel parking. Also if you plan on cooking there, make sure you bring everything you'd need including basic condiments and perhaps a non stick cooking pan. Besides that there was no issues with the neighborhood being too loud.

Perfect urban aesthetic to fully immerse yourself in the authentic Philadelphia culture. It’s a safe, community-based environment. The home was extremely clean, and the sheets smelled of fresh linen. The host was very communicative and easy to reach. I would highly recommend it for an at-home feel. Street parking is plentiful and available.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. L'appartement était très bien agencé et tout le monde a trouvé sa place. Il nous a manqué un peu de vaisselle et d'ustensiles de cuisine mais ce n'était pas trop grave. L'essentiel est que le logement offrait un confort optimal. Le quartier n'était pas très sympathique mais nous n'avons rencontré aucun problème de sécurité. Si vous cherchez un logement pour vous reposer après vos journées en centre ville je vous recommande Ferguson qui a été un bon hote très réactif et accueillant.

Excellent rental

The owner was amazing and the house was amazing. The neighborhood was a bit jarring when I first pulled up but that turns out all of the neighbors were friendly and took a a lot of pride in their street. I would rent here again every time I come to Philly.
