Cute Neighborhood & Townhouse

We enjoyed this location for a Thanksgiving trip to see Philadelphia and local family. Check in and out was smooth. Recently rehabbed property, was very clean with quiet neoghbors. We had an issue with a doorknob and the owner came to fix it within hours of reporting it. The only difficulty was finding street parking later in the evening, but it was easy to find during the day. We rode the bus a couple times and walked every day, which helped us find local coffee & pie shop, murals, cheesesteak spots, and more.

Christmas Peace

I wanted to give my kids a normal Christmas well as normal as it could be. Everything was so nice here Joel was very attentive to making sure all of our needs were met even down to bringing more batteries for the remote. The house is beautiful. I did trip a few times over the little step going into the kitchen. My kids enjoyed themselves and I was happy. Yes, parking was a beast but I did managed to get a spot right in front of the house a few times. I don't feel that the neighborhood is bad. Cute little home, wifi, TV's in every room, washer, dryer everything that you need for a quick or long get away.

The only con regarding the property is that it is on a small block and parking is scarce. Otherwise the property and stay was wonderful. Joel was a great host: very helpful, and accommodating. Walking through the door, the air is fragrant, the decor is welcoming and the property is clean. Brick wall leading you upstairs, new kitchen appliances, and a fenced backyard. Minor details such as tissue art in both bathrooms made you appreciate the hospitality. Will definitely book & visit again.

Close and walkable distance to important locations; mini-markets, pretzel factory; etc. Entry in to kitchen; out of should be more visibly marked. Did present a significant tripping hazard. Top floor could be cooled more, but okay with ceiling fan and time of booking.

The only complaint, was the keypad for entry required you to hit the two numbers that popped up after the handswipe. Not easy to do 200am or later after coming from the bar.

Philly Wedding

My family and I were in Philly for a family wedding. The apartment was perfect for us. Really enjoyed the space and being with family rather than stuck in hotel rooms.

Sweet spot in So. Philly

We saw a concert at the Linc and this property was about five minutes away by car. On street parking was tough but it was the perfect spot to rest our heads for the night.

Very clean

The property was very clean and nice. There are plenty of towels and supplies in the kitchen. Check in and check out was extremely convenient. Each room has a television, which is nice. The location is easy for driving to local attractions. Parking in on-street, which can be difficult.

Very new and clean and convenient location! Joel was a great host!

Our stay here was super comfortable and felt like home immediately. Joel was very quick in responding in any questions we had and was exceptionally accommodating. Great host!! Had new appliances, great-working washer/dryer (must have for a family of 5!) and having 2 bathrooms was a huge plus. Check in and out was also so easy. This place is extremely new with great furniture/decor and in a neighborhood that we felt safe in. Street parking was an issue but it didn’t damper our stay.

Great house!

The house was clean, modern, and functional. It was quiet inside, with no city noise at night to disturb sleep. We would defiantly stay here again when traveling to Philly. Highly recommend!

Crash pad for a great concert

A friend and I came into town for a concert at Lincoln Field and it was the perfect pad. We checked in and then walked to great restaurants before the show. Then it was a short walk and a two stop subway ride to the show. After the show, to avoid the crowded subway, we just walked back to the apartment. Couldn’t have been easier. Thanks!

Nice Time

My family, which consisted of 6 adults, had a short weekend in Philadelphia. There was a small hiccup with entry of the house but was quickly resolved by Joel. The house was clean but it does not sleep 6 comfortably. The sofa bed in room 3 would fit small children. My son and his wife’s legs hung over the end of the short sofa bed. (I hope this gets resolved.) Parking is tight but overall, a nice weekend.

Beautifully decorated modern industrial home!

The place was so beautifully decorated and we loved how clean it was! The owner was very helpful and always got back to me ASAP with all my questions. The kitchen was fully stocked with almost everything you could possibly need and I cooked often. So happy the place has two bathrooms and three bedrooms. My relatives came at the end of the week and they equally loved the place and slept comfortably like us. Our two little dogs had no trouble with the steps which was great. We had a lot of fun and we were grateful to be close to so many places. We found parking on the block from day one. We kept the car parked in the same spot almost the whole time and it was safe. The street had no special parking restrictions which was a huge relief. The only issue was that some homeowners saved parking spots in front of their house with their garbage cans and it was annoying. We were very happy with the place and would gladly rent again!! Thank you Joel 😊
