The Core Banks can also be accessed by ferry from Atlantic. 0.5 mi to Drum Inlet Marina/boat launch, .7 mi to Morris Marina Ferry to Portsmouth Island, 13 mi to the Cedar Island Ferry for Ocracoke. Historic Beaufort is 30 miles away and Morehead City and Atlantic Beach are only 35 miles.

IMPORTANT RENTAL POLICIES + FEES:
1. This is a residential home, not a venue for weddings, engagement parties, reunions or other parties and gatherings. Should you use the home as a venue without prior written permission from the owners, you will be charged a $1,000 venue fee and an additional $200 cleaning fee after check out. In no event may items be affixed to the house or surfaces and no confetti or confetti like items may be used in or on the property.
2. The standard $200 cleaning fee charged at booking is for standard cleaning/turnover service. If you leave trash or debris in the home, trash in the yard, fail to clean up the grill or fish table after use, or otherwise create a cleaning situation that is outside the ordinary turnover service, you will be charged an additional $200 deep cleaning fee after check out.
3. No hanging items/decorations, balloons, banners, etc. from walls, curtain rods, or surfaces within or outside the house/decks/dock with tape, glue, nails, or otherwise. If evidence of this is found, you will be charged an additional $200 cleaning fee plus any applicable damage fees after check out.
