About this space
Guests can expect to enjoy this meticulous, and spacious, apartment during your time in Portland. Plenty of free on-street parking available right outside. Located roughly 10 minutes to Portland's infamous Old Port, 5 minutes to Thompson's Point (0.5 mile walk), catch a baseball game at Hadlock Field, and minutes to some of the best breweries and restaurants in the state. We take great pride of this owner-occupied property - and hope you will thoroughly enjoy your stay in Portland!
The space
This sprawling apartment includes 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Two of the bedrooms are equally sized, both equipped with very comfortable Queen-sized beds. The large kitchen allows for guests to feel comfortable while cooking meals and enjoy their cooking on the large island in the middle! Plenty of room to relax and unwind in the centrally located living room!

Nice place, very clean, close to restaurants and stores and centered for attractions north and south of Portland. There is also a playground and park next door which my 2 year grandson loved!

Although it was brief stay, it worked perfectly for what we needed. Close to the areas of interest and slept us all comfortably. Was thankful for the AC! Some of the details were a little more ‘run down’ than expected but I think they just has to do with the building’s age. I would stay here again!

We loved our stay at this property while visiting Portland. It was clean and had everything we could ever need and more. Near everything and easy parking. The hosts are super responsive and were great to deal with. We’d stay again!

Anniversary trip

Great stay for family and dog

We had a great, relaxed stay. It worked great for us, our kids, and dog. It’s right next to a nice park and 5-10 minute drive from everywhere we wanted to go in Portland.

Great communication, and a nice place a few miles from downtown Portland. One of the mattresses was a little weird but nothing major. A good atmosphere in the house, and the washer and dryer were convenient.

My wife, Sara, and I moved back to Portland a few years ago after spending several years in the Greater Boston area. I grew up in Maine, just outside of Portland, and we always knew that we wanted to return to the great state of Maine. We love everything about Portland and decided to make it our home. The city has so much to offer its residents and visitors; and that is the primary reason we decided to become VRBO hosts. We want our guests to have a comfortable and enjoyable place to stay while they visit the city we love. We certainly have our favorite restaurants, activities, breweries, and shops - and we cannot wait for you to find your own! Portland has so much to offer; it's the perfect weekend or extended getaway!

Our home is located right outside downtown Portland. We are located roughly five minutes from the Portland Jetport and directly off of the major routes into the city. Thompson's Point, Portland's premiere outdoor concert venue, is located a mere .5 miles away from our front door.

We take great pride in our property, as we live on the first floor with our son and Yellow Labrador Retriever. We want all of our guests to feel comfortable during their stay and will respect your space. However, we are always available should you have any questions during your stay!
