This home is a beautiful property on a golf course. It was clean and adequately furnished for cooking, relaxing and visiting. We were adult women ages 53 to 79. A few nice restaurants and a grocery store nearby. Beds were all comfortable and plenty of linens and supplies.

We absolutely loved our stay here. Holiday Island is a wonderful community close to Eureka Springs. The home is beautifully decorated with all the amenities you need. Comfy beds and spacious gathering areas. Very clean!!! Huge garage to park 3 cars. Hot tub was awesome. Will definitely stay here again.

Traveled o EUREKA SPRINGS for family wedding at Thorncrown Chapel. This property was pretty close to all events in town and we really loved staying here. Wish we would have had more time to spend a the house!

Beautiful home and property! Quiet neighborhood in the midst of a golf course/community. We had the opportunity to see a few deer on the green in front of the house one night. What few minor issues we did have, we brought them to Jeff & Tim's attention. The issues weren't enough to warrant immediate attention during our stay, but for future guest stays. I would DEFINITELY stay at this property again if we are back in the area!! Unfortunately, I didnt get any pictures of the property but I did get pictures of the deer.

Beautiful and relaxing!

This home was perfect for the 8 of us. There were plenty of games to keep us entertained and an AMAZING hot tub. Communication with property owner was great once we had the direct line. The Secret Harry Potter room is a great quiet place to relax. Thank you!

This home, felt like 'home'. Clean; comfortable and the decor was beautiful and peaceful. About anything you could want for a cozy, quiet retreat. The hot tub was a bonus. The Harry Potter room a was whimsical added treat for those of us that enjoy its uniqueness. The only issue we had was the upstair shower didn’t drain like it should. I would gladly stay here again.

Labor Day Week Vacation

Great place. Convenient location to Eureka Springs, Branson, Rogers and Roaring River State Park. We didn't use the hot tub, but it was clean and steamy. One blind didn't work in the master bedroom, but the curtains were plenty good. The pictures showed a Keurig coffeemaker so we brought our K-cups to find out the coffeemaker was different and only brewed coffee. But there was coffee available to brew. This is the third place we have stayed in Holiday Island and this was the best to date. We will stay here again.

Just as described and more

We had a family reunion in the area and I needed a place for three pto stay and then some extra room for family members to come over in the afternoons or evenings. Well, this home was just perfect! Lots of space with very comfortable bedrooms and living room. The kitchen was well appointed, with lots of room. We thoroughly enjoyed the back porch looking out over the golf course and the highlight of our evenings was being able to sit in the hot tub and look up at the stars. Anytime I had a question the owner was easy to contact and quick to reply. I highly recommend this lovely home and we would definitely stay there again given the opportunity.

things missing ETC

All seats Broken on deck!!! Lack of trash cans!!!Trash bags did not fit. Nothing mentioned of what the kitchen contained, I.E. spices. Spent more money on things that were stocked so we left them there. Hot tub barely worked, could not even see bubbles!! Roll out Cover does not cover tub when extended. No dart tip replacements, dart board does not work right. Upstairs shower barely drains. Not sure about renting again

We followed up with the homeowner after reading your review, and they wanted to share the following:- We regret that the deck seating, dart board, and shower drain weren't in top shape, these issues are now being addressed.- The hot tub wasn’t performing properly due to trash in the filter from a prior guest, but it’s since been cleaned and repaired.- The hot tub cover and darts have been flagged for maintenance, and we’re reviewing the trash can and bag sizing for a better fit.- As spices are typically left by previous guests, we don’t list them as stocked items, but we understand how this could cause confusion.Thanks again for your feedback—we’re always working to improve, and we hope to have the chance to provide a better experience next time.

Great house

House was great for the family! Everyone loved it. Hot tub and back yard area and sunroom were great. Everyone had fun, house was clean and spacious. The only complaints are the lack of kitchen tools (pizza cutter, sturdy spatulas, pans etc) which wasn’t a big deal. The real complaint was the pricing. It was reasonable enough but when I put in the dates it said $800. Fees are always expected through vrbo, but when all was said and done the price was doubled the quoted price! We felt this was sort of bait and switch and very dishonest. It would be better to add more to the per night rate and lower the fees. I always expect a few hundred dollars on fees through vrbo but double was absolutely insane! If there was another house we would have booked that on principle alone, but in the end the house was worth the money and I’m happy we went. But the property managers should consider a bit more honesty with the pricing up front. As long as you know that before you book I think you will love this house and all of the amenities it has to offer
