The pool is USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. We are NOT responsible for any injuries that result from the use of the swimming pool.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
1. What Linens are included? – We provide linens for the bed, bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, and pool towels.

2. What household supplies are provided? – We provide you with shampoo/conditioner and body wash. Toilet paper and hand soap are also provided. Additionally, we’ll also provide you with paper towels, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. Depending on the length of your stay, you may need to purchase additional items when the initial supply runs out.

3. What does the kitchenette include? –The kitchenette is stocked with everything from a toaster, mini waffle maker, pressure cooker, various size pots & pans, and a Keurig Machine.

4. Do you provide any baby items? –We provide a Pack-N-Play.

5. Do you provide a grill? – Yes. There are gas grills under the cabana next to the pool and grilling utensils provided.

6. Do you allow pets? – Not at this time.

8. What time is check-in and check-out? – You may check in any time after 3:00 PM and you must checkout prior to 11:00 AM on the day of your departure.

9. What TV package / channels do you provide? – We provide a Smart TV for you to login to your streaming services. We also provide local cable TV.

10. What type of internet do you provide? – We provide unlimited high-speed internet with Wi-Fi.

11. How many parking spaces are there? - You are allowed 2 vehicles and 1 boat trailer. PLEASE NOTIFY US IF YOU ARE BRINGING A BOAT.

12. How deep is the pool and is it heated? - The pool is right around 5’ deep in the deepest corner and is not heated.

13. What are the pool hours? - 9am -10pm (subject to change). The pool is open Memorial Day weekend - Labor Day weekend.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
- You will be provided remote access to the pool and boat ramp areas. You will have access to this and the boat slip for the duration of your stay. We will provide you with boat slip and trailer parking hangtags. These must be left at the condo upon your departure. Failure to do so will result in a $25.00 charge per card.
