Sorry about the fires. It’s something we have no control over. However we did buy a $300 portable router so you could watch tv and have internet. We were never told about the air unit till the day she left. It was a simple breaker. The furniture is not vinyl It’s a $9500 Natucci Italian leather set. It’s a shame as this home deserves a higher rating as you can see by the abundance of 5 star reviews. Warm regards John Fruhmorgen

So sorry you didn't catch as many fish as you wanted. This home is not built to accommodate your 3 families who parked 3 trucks, 3 boat trailers in the yard. Also, none of our homes would allow you to plug in the several freezers that were on your pickup trucks. Thank you so much for taking the time out of a busy day to review this neat getaway. I cant believe the tenant can leave a Quote not clean because the outdoor porch was dusty. We clean weekly and have top notch maids. Unfortunately a tropical storm had just created a mess blowing sand , patio furniture etc. We stacked the patio furniture in the yard to prevent them from blowing into the canal.It also ripped the canopy off of the patio. We have ordered a new one. The bikes are for use at no charge and some had rust that comes from the salt air. If they looked or asked they would have found the 4 new bikes in the shed for them to use. All we needed was a phone call and we could have had a maid come and sweep the porches and bring the 2 light bulbs that were out. Our manager had spoken with the renters and they never mentioned these concerns. Its just a shame as we try hard to keep getting 5 star reviews and work daily to make sure our renters are happy and comfortable. We also just ordered a new stove that arrived Sat. We do have a gardener that trims the hedges every 2 weeks, however during this storm there were lots of loose palm branches , coconuts and leaves. We had the gardener there Sat to get the yard squared away as the cars were blocking the area . Also we didn't want to disturb the renter since it was more cosmetic than a emergency. Hopefully our potential renters will look at all the many 5 star reviews to judge this home. Once again if we were told anything we would have sent our maintenance man, maid or gardener who are on staff 24/7 .

Unfortunately this was a née maid who we have let go. All you had to do is call and we would have sent a maid to sweep and a maintenance man to fix the oven. The hole was covered behind the sleeper that was broken by the past renter. We were to address that when empty as we didn’t want to disturb you. I guess the prior fishing group didn’t clean the fish cleaning table . If told we would have come by and turned on the water at the table to wash it off.
