Annual Family Beach trip 2025

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family had a great time at Pensacola beach. The house was in a great location and the beach and water was amazing. I spend my time in the beach when I’m Florida so i didn’t use the pool but the kids used it once. They said it was too cold. The pool was very clean upon our arrival and a pool guy came by during the week to clean it and someone also put out the garbage cans to curb side for us so that was nice. I loved that the bedrooms had king and queen beds as to accommodate adults. The upstairs living room had a futon for the kids. We really liked the house and its location. We walked to the board walk one night for drinks.

Reviewer Comments: The best things about this house was the location (one street away from the beach access, the pool (clean, many water toys/floats) drive-under parking, new outside grill, well-equipped kitchen, and plenty of pool and deck furniture. On the flip side, most of the interior furniture had seen better days. The property managers were quite responsive to our concerns, and the check-in/check/out easy. Being that this was a holiday week, traffic was heavy at times, but there was plenty of activities, shopping and restaurants to choose from. The Fourth of July was the only day the beach was somewhat crowded.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the house was in a great location and loved the fact that it had two master bedrooms. However, some of the dishes were not thoroughly clean, so we had to place dishes in the dishwasher before even using them, sink had a consistent drip that was happening as soon as we walked in and we would liked to use a charcoal grill instead of gas. The house is spacious and we loved the location with only walking distance to the beach.

Pensacola get away

The location is perfect. The beach is very accessible from the house. The pool was in excellent shape. Our grandkids loved it. Pool personnel came out twice during the week for cleaning maintenance. I was very impressed by that. I cannot say enough about how well kept the pool was. The beds are very comfortable. The house was clean and spacious. We had a great time.

Property needs some work

Rail going up outside stairs is wobbly and unsafe. About to break off. Deck is in terrible shape. Gave our 2 year old a splinter. Pool liner has some serious mold. Outside door frame is about to break. Fridge shelves broken. Stove door glass broken. Wifi was terrible. TV in main floor bedroom didn’t work. The house served its purpose. For the money. We would’ve stayed somewhere else. Owner isn’t keeping the house up very well.

There were plenty dishes in the kitchen, actually over abundant supply of glasses!! Lol!! Only thing we were a little disappointed in was the lack of towels, we had to keep washing, and the bed linens were somewhat scratchy. But we’re spoiled to plush bedding. Overall the house was great & will book here again!

Family vacation

Really nice house. Perfect size for our group of nine. Outdoor area is perfect for relaxing. Loved the private pool. Kitchen was very well stocked. Location was great. Just a short walk to the beach. Close to stores if needed. We loved it!

Toilets running all night, ceiling fan in the master bedroom was inoperable, kitchen sink faucet knobs rotated all around. Second deck had many loose boards that need to be screwed down.

Nice house, great location

A block to the Gulf with a pool sounded ideal and it was. There were some infrastructure issues, however. The hinge to one of the cabinet doors pulled right off. We reported it Wednesday or Thursday and it still had not been addressed when we left Saturday morning. Likewise, rails for dresser drawers in the downstairs master were broken or missing so we had to be careful not to drop them on our toes when opening them. Otherwise, it was a great set up for six adults and three little kids!

Paradise getaway

Reviewer Comments: We met up with old friends and family at 500 Maldonado for 2 weeks of catching up and relaxing. Our experience with you guys was very pleasant and accommodating. The house was clean and fairly well maintained. The design and decorations were great. We did have some issues with the temperature limitations and it seemed warmer than we would have liked especially since it wasn't really hot outside. The pool area was a different experience. The fencing appeared unkempt and it looks like leftover plywood boards were used as a barrier. Not sure what you are going for with this look but I wasn't really impressed. The maintenance crew were excellent and helpful with a few little things and saved a call, so a quick thanks should go to them.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall it was clean and nice. WiFi/internet was horrible even after resetting the router multiple times. Furniture was shockingly old and in bad shape, lots need to be replaced (especially one of the queen bedrooms - bed, chest of drawers and nightstand and both living room sofas). Otherwise the stay was great.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is in a great location. Property is well equipped with majority of things you need. But needs some serious maintenance - following items are in poor condition oven, dining table and chairs, sofa in main lounge. Windows kept blowing in with the wind. Several cockroaches found during our stay, property needs a thorough deep clean especially kitchen area. Urgently needs a new trash bin in kitchen, no amount of cleaning can make that good. One of the beds needs a new mattress it dips badly in the middle so much so that you need to sleep on it horizontally instead of vertically.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the house and location met our expectations. It is a very short walk to the beach with little traffic. The pool was clean and was serviced/cleaned 2x during our stay. A few minor issues the owners should consider include additional deck seating - there were no chairs on the upper deck. The decking is fairly old and needs some work. The door to the deck is badly rotted, can see a gap even when closed all the way. Bath in 2nd floor shared bathroom needs snaked, drained very slow. The sheets on the beds were clean but did have some sand in them, likely from the laundry service. Overall this is a nice property and we would stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I ( total of 7) had a great week. The house was in a great location! It was a very easy walk to the beach. The house was very clean. We had plenty of towels. The pool was very nice and clean. There were beach items available for our use in the closet near the pool. The only problem we encountered was the lack of cooking pots/pans. We do a lot of cooking on our vacations so this was a small issue. I would recommend stocking the kitchen with a few sauce pans. Overall, we had an amazing time and would definitely recommend this property.
