This luxury 4 bedroom, 3 bath townhome is simply stunning! Sleeping up to 10 people this incredible townhome offers open living spaces built for comfort and relaxation.

The kitchen has upgraded, high-end appliances and is open to the living room and dining area. The rounded dining table easily seats up to 8 people! Snuggle up on the wrap-around sofa or step out onto the balcony for amazing views of the emerald green waters and white sandy beaches of Pensacola Beach. On this level of the townhome is a bedroom with 1 King bed and an en-suite bathroom.

On the next level are 3 other bedrooms. One of the bedrooms offers a King bed and across the hall is another bedroom with Queen over Queen built-in bunk beds. In the middle of these bedrooms is a bathroom with a spacious stand-alone shower. The last bedroom is a luxury master with 1 King bed and private bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Each bedroom comes with flat screen TV's providing entertainment throughout.

Additional townhouse amenities include two pools, a three- to four-car enclosed garage, outdoor enclosed shower, outdoor grill and complimentary high speed internet. Easy access is available to entertainment, dining and shopping. You don't have to cross any streets to get the beach!

Per the HOA Rules and Regulations: Beach buggies, buses, campers, boats, skiffs, trailers, or any similar vehicles may not be parked anywhere on the property, whether temporarily or permanently, unless fully enclosed within garage.

Cheer Family Stay

The property was perfect for our family of 8. It was exactly as listed and met all of our expectations. The very short walk to the beach, the beach amenities, the stocked kitchen, and cleanliness of this well decorated home were impressive and a big reason why we will certainly consider this property for our stay next year!

Wonderful vacation

We really enjoyed this location. Amazing white sand beach. Not overly busy. Beautiful, spacious condo. Large kitchen was great for us because we cook most of our meals. We had a great dinner at Crabs on the Beach. We spent the day down at the beach then relaxed and played games in the condo. Great family time.

Great place to vacation!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our 2nd stay at Cabana Regency and we simply love the complex. Both times we stayed right on the beach. We love the spacious accommodations with our big family. The garage is perfect for all the beach chairs, etc. Paradise beach homes was very accommodating and when we had a maintenance issue it was taken care of quickly.

Perfect for large family!

The kitchen was well stocked so we had everything needed to cook during our stay. Plenty of beach items readily available along with a fridge on the first floor allowing easier access for when down at the beach. We had the best time with a large group and never felt like the space wasn’t enough.

Really liked the garage area and outside patio as they were useful for our group. Only thing wrong was the oven would not work. Overall we would definitely recommend and would rent again.

Great location

I would recommend more comfortable seating in the living room, as well as more seating for larger groups. The condo had sand everywhere from the previous renters. It was obvious that the housekeeping staff rushed through and did not thoroughly clean the floors. We had issues with the upstairs a/c and the rental company made excuses. They did not come fix it.

I hope our housekeeping was able to address the sand issue while we were there for the AC issues. Please know that we are a company that address maintenance issues as quickly as possible to ensure guest satisfaction. It sounds like there may have been some miscommunication and we're terribly sorry if that was our fault. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We all loved this four-bedroom, three-bath condominium. It was perfect for our six adults and two children family. It had a nicer view of the ocean than was depicted in the pictures, which is where I sat every morning with a cup of coffee. We loved it. Our only complaint was that it could have been cleaned a little better upon our arrival. It seemed like it had just been wiped down instead of cleaned. I had to pick up a pile of black hair that was in the shower drain in the main upstairs bedroom before showering. 🤢 But the condo was decorated nicely and we loved the layout with the big open kitchen and family room. We would definitely stay there again!

We really enjoyed our stay. The room layout was perfect for us and we greatly appreciated the beach chairs and other items that were in the garage for use. It was only a short walk to the beach from our unit. The managing company communicated great and really didn’t leave any unanswered questions. The beaches were not crowded and it was overall a great stay. There were only a couple of things that were negatives. First, while the unit was clean and everything had been washed and floors swept, it was evident that the cleaning company had not mopped the floors. Walking barefoot or in socks would quickly turn your feet black. Second, the downstairs bath drain was almost completely clogged and would not drain. To me, this indicates the cleaning crew likely didn’t do a great job cleaning if they didn’t run enough water to note this. I will say, I believe that had the agency been notified, they would have quickly addressed this because as soon as we called, they had someone there to unclog the drain within a couple hours. Similarly, if no one let them know about the floors, they would have no idea they were not mopped. They said they would definitely check with the cleaning company to let them know.We would definitely rent this unit again, and will be looking to book it in 2026.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have a big family of 10 and the condo is a very nice size! Plenty of room. It would have been nice if the couch had also made a bed due to not everyone being a “couple” but the space was great. The only issues we had that weren’t worth a maintenance call were the locks on the master bathrooms need to be replaced or repaired. A few of us locked ourselves in at different times and we eventually had to stop locking the doors. The ice maker kept freezing up so we had to buy ice daily. The water dispenser on the refrigerator is so slow we couldn’t use it. These were minor things compared to how nice and convenient everything else was. Having the garage was wonderful! The golf cart service was nice since we weren’t in walking distance to the restaurants. One of the pools was being completely renovated (the bigger of the two) and that would have been nice to know but again, not that big of a deal. It looks like over time, guests have left beach chairs and floats prior to checking out which is great so don’t purchase anything until you’ve looked at what’s there. Having the private grill was great. We had a wonderful stay!

Family Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I decided to leave a short review of this property. The location of the property is really nice. Not too close to all the restaurants, shops etc, only 2.5 mile drive. I like the idea of a gate with code to get onto property grounds. Grounds are well kept and pools are also very nice and clean. The unit could use better management. So much unused, broken beach stuff in garage. There was room to park two cars in garage which is nice. Need to climb stairs to get into townhouse. The townhouse is very large and roomy. The living room has a sectional sofa and two chairs. The sofa is not comfortable and just not enough seating for a 4br condo. The kitchen is well equipped, just need to search every cabinet, drawer for what you need. Pots in one cabinet, all the lids in another, etc. Upstairs bedrooms are nice and roomy. The utility room is upstairs also. I always bring a swifter wet mop to the beach and I am so glad I brought it this time. The floor was filthy! I cleaned it twice and was so much better. We had issues with the dryer. The dial was broken to adjust time of dry. We had tools to help with that. We could see dust on a/c grill. Checked filter, changed in 2022. With all the money charged for renting it would be nice to have a clean condo and all things working. Oh, tv’s in two rooms upstairs wouldn’t work. All in all, nice place great beach, management needs to keep on top of their units or dont charge as much if you cannot. Also, very limited beach view.

Great Vacation Place

This property was very clean, spacious, had all the amenities one could want while on vacation, along with a great view of the gulf. Its close proximity to the beach, restaurants, shops, activities, grocery stores, etc. was great.
