LIVING ROOM/KITCHEN: This upstairs unit has a living room with a comfortable couch, kitchen with. new appliances, a kitchen island with stools and a kitchen table to seat 4.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: This unit has 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. BEDROOM 1 - 1 Queen Bed with ensuite full bath BEDROOM 2- 1 Single Bed with a Single Trundle Bed BEDROOM 3- Full Bed with a Full Trundle Bed BEDROOM 4- Upstairs Loft Room with 1 Full Bed with a Trundle Bed and 1 Single Bed
EXTERIOR: -There is a shared yard with furniture, a grill and a fire pit. -Shared with the upstairs unit. -Please note that guests must provide their own firewood for the fire pit and propane for the grill.
AMENITIES: The home is also equipped with Wifi, a coffee maker, an iron and ironing board, a hair dryer, washer and dryers in each unit and much more! Beach tags will be provided during on season.
ACCESS & ENTRY: -Guests will have access the entire upstairs unit, and the shared yard. -There is another separate unit downstairs, so please be respectful and considerate of other guests staying within the downstairs unit. -There are not shared interior spaces or access from each unit. -Each unit has it's own private entrance. -There are stairs to enter. -We ask that you please respect the home and the neighbors. -Please note that check-out time is promptly at 11:00 AM. Failure to check out by this time may result in a $100 fee per hour. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a smooth transition for our next guests. Thank you for your understanding!
KEYLESS ENTRY: -There is keyless entry. Your host will provide you with the door code approximately one hour prior to check in the day of your trip.
PARKING: -Guests may use the driveway at the side of the home which is accessible from the back of the home, that can fit 2 regular sized vehicles. -Guests may park on the block in front of the home as well where there is metered parking available. -Guests are responsible for city street parking compliance; read & follow signage to avoid parking tickets. -We are not responsible for guest's vehicles.
BEACH TAGS: -Beach tags will be provided. -Please return all tags before your departure. -There will be a $40 fee per lost or missing tag.
MAIL: -Do not send packages to the property via mail as we do not have access to the locked street mailboxes for the property. -If there is something of priority that you need shipped please reach out to us directly for alternative options. -We are not responsible for any items shipped to the property.
ENVIRONMENTAL NOTES: -Property located in a beach town environment; potential for noise from cars or foot traffic.
SECURITY: -The home is protected by exterior ring camera security.
HONESTY and EXPECTATIONS: At "The Beacon OC 2", we want our guests to have a clear understanding of the distinctions between vacation rentals and hotels. While we diligently maintain our properties, wear and tear are inherent aspects of vacation rentals. Although we address issues promptly, the high volume of guests may result in occasional delays between stays. Any significant damage or serious concerns are prioritized and resolved before a guest's check-in, provided we are made aware of the issue.
CLEANING: Our dedicated cleaning team meticulously sanitizes and cleans each home. Unlike standard hotel rooms, homes entail a more detailed cleaning process due to their larger size. Despite our team's efforts to ensure optimal cleanliness, minor oversights may occur. For substantial errors, we are committed to rectifying the situation promptly. While we take pride in our cleaning standards, we ask for understanding that, as in any human endeavor, perfection is not always attainable, especially when minor details have no direct impact on your stay.
HOUSEHOLD ITEMS: As private residences, it's important to recognize that household items may break or require repairs during your stay. While we understand the inconvenience this may pose to our guests, it's equally disruptive for us. Appliances such as water tanks, HVAC systems, dishwashers, and refrigerators may experience issues. We cannot guarantee immunity from such occurrences, but we pledge to address and resolve any situation swiftly. While we assure our commitment to guests' well-being, we're honest about the potential for unforeseen issues.
AMENITIES: -WiFi included; exterior ring camera security for added safety. -Linens, towels, and basic amenities provided. -Guests must purchase their own amenities when stock runs out. -No laundry detergent is provided. -Basic cookware supplies; no salt, pepper, oil, or kitchen condiments.

Beach amenities are not provided. -Personalized house guide with local information, suggestions, and recommendations. -We utilize quilts on most of our beds for comfort, durability, and sanitary reasons. If extra blankets are needed let us know before check in.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: -Visit the "Where You'll Be" section for more information about the area. -Respectful behavior requested due to close proximity of homes. -This is NOT a party house. City-wide quiet hours from 10pm-7am. -We ask that you please respect the neighbors, the neighborhood and the home. -Please monitor noise levels, especially during the night. -You must be 21 and over to book. -We ask that you please read the house rules and listing in full when booking. -If you are extremely sensitive to smells, please note that odors from food, smoke, or other sources from outside or neighboring units may occasionally be noticeable. HOUSE RULES
BOOKING and GUESTS Must be 21+ to book. The booking guest must check in and stay the entire duration. Only registered guests are allowed. Unapproved guests will incur a $200 fee per person.
RESPECT FOR NEIGHBORS and NOISE No parties or events. Unauthorized gatherings will result in immediate removal without a refund. Quiet hours: 10 PM – 7 AM. No loud music after 10 PM (Atlantic City noise ordinance).
CHECK-OUT and CLEANLINESS Check-out on time to allow for cleaning. Unauthorized late check-outs may incur fees. Keep the property clean. No glitter, confetti, or tape on walls. Additional cleaning fees apply for damages, excessive mess, or soiled items
SMOKING, FIRE SAFETY and PROPERTY CARE No smoking or drugs indoors. A $250 fee applies for violations. No open flames, candles, or wax. Only flush toilet paper—no wipes, paper towels, or other materials.
SECURITY and RESPONSIBILITY Lock doors and windows when leaving. Missing or damaged items will be charged: Bath Towel – $10 | Sheets – $25 | Comforter – $50 | Pillow – $10 | Throw Blanket – $20 We are not responsible for lost items. If found, a $25 handling fee + shipping applies. Unclaimed items after five days will be donated.
AMENITIES and SUPPLIES Basic essentials are provided. Once they run out, guests must purchase additional supplies. One bath towel per guest is provided. Request extras before check-in.

Perfect for a family vacation!
This property was perfect for our family! There was 7 of us including a 4 year old and it couldn’t have been better. Great location, close to a lot of restaurants and only a half mile to the boardwalk. It was a great price and it made it easy to enjoy the family together all in one place.

Family Vacation
Very clean, well kept, very close to little restaurants ,seafood house is right next door very good. Bagel shop is right next door for breakfast in the morning. Dunkin donuts was very close. Because we had little children McDonald's was very convenient that was close also. Miniature golf was at the end of the block. Close to walk downtown, close for walking to the boardwalk and Beach, maybe eight blocks very doable. All in all we would rent again.
