Este condominio, ubicado en el extremo norte de Ocean City en 40 Atlantic Avenue, posee un enorme lote de 50 X 130 y tiene una vista del agua desde la sala de estar y el porche superior. La brisa sopla del océano, directamente a través de esta propiedad. La propiedad tiene nuevos PISOS DE MADERA DURA en la sala de estar, comedor y pasillos, revestimiento nuevo y un nuevo toldo retráctil. Además, tiene muebles nuevos para incluir camas nuevas. Todo el condominio ha sido recién pintado.
ESTACIONAMIENTO para 5 o más autos directamente detrás del condominio, que está recién pavimentado y tiene un aro de baloncesto para jugar en todas las edades. Great place

This place was a wonderful location. I would definitely stay here again. Close to the beach clean and it was nice to go to Brown’s every morning for the fresh donuts.

Clean, roomy and great location.

This house was big enough for our family and friends and located within a short walk to the best beach on the north end. A huge bonus is a very large driveway for plenty of off street parking.

Great location near beach

This property was ideal for our use while working in Ocean City. It had all the amenities we need for a multi-week stay. The owner was very easy to communicate with and the location is ideally near the beach. Would love to stay again in the future.

OCNJ Vacation Home - North End

This was our second stay at this location and it was just as good as the first. The home is clean, contemporary, and in a great location relative to the shore and boardwalk. The owners are accessible and considerate of your needs, should you need anything. We definitely recommend a stay at this location.

Fantastic House, Fantastic Host

This was a great family place to stay. It is close to the beach, the room layout is perfect, the kitchen is incredibly well stocked. The most important part of it is that the host was incredibly accommodating. When the coffee maker stopped working in the middle of the trip, he had a new one shipped to the house that very day! Thanks for a great vacation!

Great house and location!

Owner is very responsive. Place was clean. Beds comfy. Two decks were awesome. Top deck was very breezy which was perfect. Electric awning was great bc we could enjoy the breeze and not get sun-blasted. Lots of walkable restaurants, cute coffee place, short walk to beach (and one with bathrooms, I might add). Very glad we stayed here!!

Fun in Ocean City

Loved the house which was very bright and had an open feeling. We enjoyed relaxing on the upper porch at night with our son and daughter-in-law. Enjoyed lying in the hammock on the lower porch with my grandchildren. Great location with a two block (one long) walk to the beach and at the beginning of the boardwalk. Enjoyed grilling and making s’mores at night.

Great Place

Perfect location. Close to a guarded beach with a public restroom but far enough north not to be insanely crowded. The basketball/parking area is huge. The decks are relaxing. The small size and direction of the spray make the outdoor shower not ideal for families with small children. But it was doable. Ditto with the stairs. The size of the place was perfect for us and extended family. We would stay again.

We spend at least 2 weeks every summer in OCNJ. This is our first time not using a realtor and using Vrbo to find our own listing. The pictures and description of the property were accurate, the home owner was very quick to respond with any questions we had. Check in/check out was simple. The property itself is in a great location. We were happy with all the amenities that came with it. The most important thing to me is cleanliness and this house did not disappoint. It was very clean. The kids areas were also top notch with bunk beds/bean bags and a hammock. They loved it. We haven’t rented the same property twice, this property will definitely see us again next year.

Spacious and Comfortable

I stayed at the property off-season with my 3 adult sisters.. The weather wasn't ideal and I was afraid we would feel claustrophobic being "cooped-up" as we were. Not at all! There was plenty of common space to be together and private space to "take a break" from each other. The beds were super comfy with plenty of extra pillows and blankets. The new HVAC was great with mini-splits in each room so some of us could enjoy the sea breezes while others made use of the A/C. The technology was good but the wi-fi could get a little slow if a lot of people were on at once. The location was quiet but close enough to the boardwalk if we wanted a little more action. The hosts were super accommodating and followed up to make sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again!

Great house, great location, great porch

This house was perfect for our family and friends. Porch with a powered awning and a great view down St. Charles to the beach. Kitchen, living room, porch and master bedroom on the top floor. Three more generous bedrooms on the bottom floor.

Beautiful Rental

This 2-story townhome was perfect for our family. For 5 adults, it was very comfortable. Only 1.5 blocks to the beach and start of the boardwalk (but it is a long block). Everything was clean and functioned well. Very comfortable rooms and living area. We loved the hammock on the first floor porch, and sitting out to read on the second floor porch with retractable awning. Be sure to bring your own spices though, only salt and pepper provided. Also, guests do not have access to the outside storage shed, so bring your own boogie boards and beach chairs. If you do have younger kids, they'll love the bunk bed and beanbag room, with some included video games and Xbox. The location is great! You've got restaurants nearby, and ice cream within 2 blocks. Couldn't ask for much more from a OCNJ rental. Would stay here again!

Perfect location, great stay!

We had an amazing time at John’s place. The house had everything we needed, the rooms were quite large, nicely decorated and super comfortable—my son loved the kids room! The deck was great for coffee or happy hour. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking. The location was great, quick walk to the beach and start of the boardwalk. John was incredibly responsive the entire trip. Overall was a wonderful experience!!

Perfect proximity to everything

House is beautiful and perfect layout if 4 bedrooms needed. Love the retractable awning. Shoot out the door and walk a block and a 1/2 to the beach. No one wants to drive to and from the beach. Drive a few short blocks and $15 parking at the high school to walk the boardwalk. John was quick to respond to any message which were general in nature. Not a single thing wrong with this house or owner.

Great home in relaxing part of Ocean City

Great stay! Our family of 6 plus one friend and there was plenty of space to enjoy the Jersey shore. Rooms were really spacious, and beds were super comfortable!! House had all the amenities you needed. The basketball court out back was a bonus for the boys. John was super responsive and answered all of our questions. Highly recommend for any large family. Great restaurant nearby for takeout-The Island Grill. Would definitely recommend!!!

I have been coming to OC since I was in my teens. It is fantastic family friendly environment to bring your young children to enjoy the various sights and activities. We are located just 2 blocks from the beach and start of the Boardwalk. It is fabulous location so if you are looking for close access to the beach and boardwalk, great places to eat nearby like Island Grill, and most importantly a great place to rent, you have found it here at 40 Atlantic Avenue.
