Exactly what I wanted!

We truly enjoyed our stay. The house looked even better than the pictures. Pamela was even sweet enough to leave out games and snacks for us!The backyard ia amazing! The lights on the tree and back fence was a nice surprise. We had everything we needed and more. I would recommend this space time and time again!

4 Day trip to the Tidewater area.

Property was clean and comfortable. Weather did not cooperate, we only had 1 fire outside. It was close enough to visit everything we planned.

Perfect 5 star stay

We had an amazing stay at this home in Hampton. We are on a family road trip and chose this house as it was half an hour away from Busch gardens and had excellent reviews it didn’t disappoint. The host went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, leaving games for the kids and a welcome basket. We loved the house, the cleanliness and the decor thank you for a great 5 star stay.

The house was great. Clean, much bigger inside than it looks outside. The backyard was also a very nice area. I wish we would have had more time to enjoy it. The neighborhood looked safe. I would stay there again.

Perfect fit for our needs

Stayed for 2 nights for a swim meet. Perfect space. Short distance to Aquaplex. Host with nice attention to detail and kitchen stocked with pots/pans utensils etc. able to prepare meals with ease.

Clean, comfortable modern home with a backyard that should have its own zip code. Prompt, friendly and informative communication with host and just an overall pleasant stay for a short beach getaway for my family from NOVA, NC & DC. Will book again, if available.

Perfect Stay!

We loved it…and when friends & family are in town - if it’s available, we’re staying here! It was very clean, the home & decor was amazing but the communication and attentiveness of the property manager was OUTSTANDING! The property manager’s response to my questions prior to and during the stay was quick. We had everything we needed in a home - even a grill and fire pit! I could go on & on but simply, this is the coziest home away from home!

Wonderful House

Family weekend to relax and the property more than met our expectations. Clean, modern and well thought out. The owner thought of everything. Awesome Property

My family and I stayed at this property from June 7, 2024 to June 9, 2024 to attend a wedding. It was everything that it said it would be in the description. The neighborhood was quiet and close to a lot of eateries and shopping. The house was extremely clean and the host was awesome. Any time that I reached out, the host responded immediately. I highly recommend this property and if I come to town again, I would definitely try and stay there.

Ladies weekend

we rented the house for a ladies weekend and the day before going down, heard a hurricane was going to hit close to house. i reached out to homeowner and after discussion, we decided to still go. best decision. the hurricane skirted east and missed us. we had rain & wind, but was very tolerable. house was perfect for 4 adult woman. each had own room, and able to share the 2 bathrooms with ease. It poured, so we gathered around the kitchen table, drank, talked & played games. Hostess left us bottled water, flashlights out in case needed, a basket of snacks and wine. we were all set to weather the hurricane. we had a great weekend and so very glad they suggested we still try going for weekend. KJ was spot on with that recommendation. house is quiet neighborhood. we took a walk at one point and felt very comfortable walking around the streets. house is about 10 mins from beach. lots of great restaurants in area. we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and look forward to our next gettogether.
