Our 2nd Stay at this property

Quiet North Beach location. Minutes to the ocean and a short mile walk to downtown Clearwater Beach. We walk everywhere and we love it. Dog friendly. Clean, bright, new renovations and beautiful coastal decorations. Karen is a wonderful, personable and accommodating hostess. The house needed a new beach umbrella. Karen made sure it arrived the next day. My family loves this house and this vacation spot.

Spectacular Stay, Endearing Hosts!

I don't usually write reviews but this property and owners were exceptional. Check in/check out instructions were detailed and clear with direct personal communication with the owners. They answer immediately. The property is newly remodeled, updated and decorated tastefully. The house is well maintained and sparkling squeaky clean. Neighborhood is private, quiet and close (1 mile) to downtown Clearwater Beach. Beach access is 4 minute walk. Beds were the most comfortable we have ever slept in, linens, pillows all very clean. There were so many thoughtful details such as hair dryer, nightlights, dehumidifier, extra cozy blankets, beach towels, umbrellas, chairs, carts and games. The list is endless. The hosts are close by so anything and everything was fixed in minutes or hours. Not a single delay. Hosts were proactive and reached out multiple times to ensure our stay was going as smooth as possible. This is my fourth house in Clearwater Beach and it was the best ever. Thank you for making our vacation spectacular. These hosts I consider good friends. Salt of the earth good people. We'll be back next year.

Really Enjoyed Our Stay

Pictures are accurate! Really enjoyed the large windows and bright light! Short walk to the beach and only 1 mile from busier part of Clearwater Beach and restaurants! Karen and Robin are great hosts and close by if you need anything! Hope to return again soon!

Wonderful Place!

The house is well set up for a long, comfortable stay. Being able to bring our dog was a must, and even though we have a big dog, that was not a problem, which is rare, and wonderful. The fenced in backyard has everything you need - patio with a nice table, umbrella, grill, and pretty landscaping. The front and side yards are huge if you like lawn games. The house itself is the perfect size for two couples or a small family. It’s like a brand new house - all recently redone. The king bed in the main bedroom is super comfortable, and the beds in the twin room are also very comfortable. Both bedrooms have dressers and plenty of closet space. There are two bathrooms, one that’s brand new, and both are great. The kitchen has plenty of space for cooking and is right in the main part of the house with the living and dining room, so no feeing isolated if you’re in charge of dinner. The beach is amazing, and dog friendly. This is a quiet, residential neighborhood, but it’s still close to tons of restaurants and attractions. Robin and Karen have been wonderful hosts, and are quite prompt in responding to questions. We all had a great time here, and highly recommend this place!

Northbeach is such a quiet and peaceful place to vacation. A mile south at pier 60 you can find all the shopping and wonderful restaurants you could ask for. The white sugar sands of Clearwater Beach are like no other beach I have ever experienced.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

My home has been completely renovated with new air conditioning system with the air, purification and dehumidifier. The home is light and bright and uncluttered. It is thoroughly cleaned and maintained as if I were to be the next guest. It has a fenced side yard and is pet friendly.
