Enjoy the beautiful unique view as you sip your morning coffee; and in the evening as the colorful lights shine from the pools and lazy river below. Sandpiper 607 within the Destin West Beach & Bay Resort has the best of both worlds. A short walk will take you to the gulf via the sky walk (beach service from March 1-October 31); or stay bayside to relax by the pools and lazy river. A board walk and fishing pier is available bay side. Exercise room (gulf side), several restaurants, Okaloosa Island fishing pier, and visitor's center are the few of the nearby/walking distance amenities. Situated between Destin and Fort Walton Beach, lots of restaurants and unique shopping close by. It's a great place to make memories with your family and friends!

Book your stay for 8 days or longer, online for February or March 2025 10% reduced rate. For reservations of 20 days or longer, please email to obtain updated rate discounts.

Unit includes main bedroom with king size bed and en suite bath. Other sleeping area is a bunk room with twin beds and a second bath with shower. Sofa makes into a queen size bed or is quite comfy sleeping on as a twin bed. An ottoman offers a more firm sleeping experience, twin size. Beach chairs and umbrella available for our winter guests inside the unit. Fitness center available to guests on gulf side and several walking/biking paths nearby. Beach service "complementary", available from March 1st through October 31st ($45 per day value added).

We had an amazing time at this Sandpiper Destin West condo! We loved the location which is close to everything, plenty of shopping and restaurants. The condo is beautiful and well stocked. We loved sitting out on the balcony looking out on the bay/ lazy river/pool area. Very family friendly resort and well kept.

Accurate listing, everything was as expected. The host, Diane is awesome. Very easy process to book, Diane was very responsive to messages and even emailed information about the property ahead of time. Which is very helpful for first time visitors.We have stayed at this same complex many times over the last 10 years and this was the first time in this unit. We can easily say this condo is our favorite to date. The condo was clean and decorated perfectly. All appliances were in great working order and we really enjoyed the extra touches that were provided such as the liquid hand soap, fully stocked kitchen, the hangers in the closet, and for those with children there were pool noodles, a body board and even sand toys.The view from the balcony is awesome. The outdoor furniture was super comfortable and we spent many hours enjoying the views from the balcony. It was perfect for sipping coffee each morning or enjoying a glass of wine in the evening.We had a wonderful trip and really felt at home. We are already getting ready to plan our next trip.Thank you, Diane for sharing your beautiful condo with us.

This place was great! Very clean and updated. The beds were so comfortable. Our teenagers even commented on how comfortable the bunk beds were. The view was amazing and we loved the Lazy River!. It was so nice to have the lazy river/ pool to get into in the evening after a long day at the beach. I was a little worried that it would be a long walk to the beach, but it was a very short walk and the sky bridge made it very easy to cross the street. The owner was very easy to communicate with and made the stay very easy. We would definitely stay here again!

Over all very nice stay. Really took advantage of the beach umbrella and chairs, fish nets. Also the washer and dryer worked great! Problem with the remote battery, could have used another roll of toilet paper, and I suppose it can’t be helped with the weather but the sliding glass doors was very very squeaky. But the view was beautiful!

Great location. Close to the grocery store, beach & restaurants. It was clean, cozy & cool. The air conditioner kept up with the summer heat. The additional box fans came in handy. This was the perfect condo spot for our softball team. After a long day at the ballpark, our girls enjoyed the lazy river. I’ve added this 6th floor bay/pool view to my favorites list. Can’t wait to visit again. Thank you Ms. Dianne for sharing your home away from home with us.

Great place to stay!

The condo was perfect for our family of 5. We loved the pools and short walk to the beach side! We had an issue at check-in and the host was quick to respond and get it resolved.

Pretty great

The condo was very nice. My only knock was that there were not 4 seats at the main table. This was problematic when we wanted to eat or play a game as a family. We loved the beach service that was provided. It made it very nice not to haul an umbrella and chairs every day. Overall, this is a great place to visit.

Great vacation

We stayed 5 nights with my kids ages 5 and 7 and had a great time. Did not rent a car but had many options to eat within walking distance. We used the 1 month free Walmart plus membership to get a couple deliveries of groceries. We loved having 3 different swimming options each day, with the gulf and basyside pools, plus the ocean. Staff was always nice and Diane was quick to answer any questions we had. The umbrella/chair rentals at the beach were very convenient, but be prepared to wait in line for 15-30 minutes each morning if you want a decent spot. The condo itself was just as pictured, we loved the view from the balcony. There are a few games to play - we played Sorry everyday and it's our kids favorite game now. Fun vacation!

We had a great stay on Okaloosa Island! The condo was great and easily accommodated our family of six. We voted the lazy river and view from the balcony as the best parts of the trip. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful family vacation!!

My family of 4 had an absolutely fantastic stay here. It was everything we needed and more! The main bedroom had the most comfortable bed; our two children loved their bunkbed bungalow (which was dark enough that they actually slept in each morning!); we enjoyed cooking family breakfast in the kitchen; kids loved the chess board we found; super CLEAN and inviting unit. Everything we could have hoped for. Thank you so much for these wonderful family memories!

Wonderful Condo!

The condo was spotless, provided for all of our needs, and was quiet and comfortable. We enjoyed watching the boats enter and leave the bay. Evenings on the balcony were relaxing. The chairs on the beach were a bonus (It was too windy and cloudy to use the umbrella).The owner provides detailed instructions and answered my questions. I would recommend this unit.

Our family have been visiting the gulf coast for several years. It has become a special place where we have made many memories.

We chose this property mostly because of the views, the availability to the gulf, and the many amenities that are walking distance. Also, the proximity to Destin and Fort Walton Beach gives us lots of options for dining, shopping, and other excursions.
