Best Views On The Golf Course! - South Facing 3 Bed 2 Bath Condo with Huge Patio

With one of the best views in Monterey Country Club, this classic end-unit condo is south facing, overlooking the 9th hole of the East Course with golf course, clubhouse, and mountain views. The sunrises from the patio are amazing, and you can spend the rest of the day watching the golfers close out their round on the picturesque 9th green.

This 3 bed, 2 bath condo comes fully furnished with all amenities, including full kitchen with stove, refrigerator, and dish washer, and all cooking accessories/utensils/cookware. Watch the golfers play through while standing at the kitchen sink. The large master bedroom has a king bed and large bathroom. The second bedroom has a king bed, and the third bedroom has two bunk beds. This condo can sleep 8 people comfortably. The patio was recently expanded, and has a Webber gas grill, large dining table, and dart board. Complementary Wi-Fi also included.

This condo has a 4 seater Yamaha golf cart that was purchased new in 2021 that is available to guests if they purchase insurance to cover the golf cart. Golf cart must remain inside the Monterey Country Club.

There are 37 pools and spas throughout Monterey Country Club, with the nearest one only steps away in the cul-de-sac on La Paz Way.

Monterey Country Club features a full service clubhouse, and offers golf and sport memberships that include access to the 27 hole golf course, tennis and pickleball courts, bocce court, and fitness center. GOLF AND SPORT MEMBERSHIP NOT INCLUDED and must be purchased separately through Monterey Country Club.

Perfect spot

Loved my stay there. The view is wonderful and the unit was clean and welcoming. I would definitely return for another stay. And Nick the host was a pleasure to work with.

Best Views

Nick was very responsive, helpful and flexible. The view was indeed the "best" and the property was comfortable and well supplied. We thoroughly enjoyed our sunny get-away.

Amazing Property

Our VRBO at Palm Desert was perfect. We have stayed at other VRBO's in the MCC. This was the best. The patio allowed us to take all of our meals outside...a real treat for Canadians! We are golfers and so could just sit there and admire the good efforts of others as they tried to get on the green .... and often ended up in the pond. Our bed was great...maybe it was new. Our landlord , Nick, was wonderful. Initially we had some troubles sorting out the TV. He came to the rescue....we called him and he walked us through what we had to do to get it working. So we lucked out and saw some of the tennis at Indian Wells and even some of the PGA golf....The place was well stocked and we did our best to restock anything that ran out while we were there. It is so great to arrive at a place and have it stocked...we were tired from our flights and it just made the beginning of our visit even better.We cannot say enough good things about our landlord, Nick Natter. He was always there when you had a question and was always helpful. Thank you Nick!
