Welcome to Gatlinburg Mountain Deluxe! This high end 3500 sf, modern cabin, built in 2022, is perfect for your next getaway. Located less than a mile from downtown Gatlinburg and only minutes from the Smoky National Park, you are close to everything!

Sip your coffee in the morning while enjoying the view of the smoky mountain. Watch a movie in the home theater or have a blast in the game room or mini golf. Relax in the hot tub, swim in the swim spa or toast marshmallows by the fire pit. Come and have wonderful family memories!

The upper level has two king master suites, both with their own bathroom, a garden tub for soaking, a massive walk-in tile shower with with dual shower head, LED mirrors. There is a private access to the deck with view of mountain and downtown.

The main level has an open concept living/kitchen area which is perfect for a close family vibe. Kitchen is fully stocked if you want to cook a home meal. Don’t feel like cooking.. no problem either, there are more than 20 restaurants near by.
The dining table comfortably sits 8 people. (High chair is available). There is another outdoor dining table that seats 8 on the deck. Eat and enjoy the views.
There are two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms on the main level, each has a queen bed.
Additionally there are two queen sofa beds, one in the living room and one in the game room. There is also a bunk bed in theater room as well as an air mattress.

Downstairs you will find a huge game room and movie theater perfect for entertaining.
Walking outside, you will find a Viking Spa hot tub, mini golf and fire pit great for night time fun.

The swim spa is 16 feet by 8 feet. It is basically a small pool plus jets. You can swim for miles without moving a foot! (Please do no let children use the swim spa without supervision.)

Yes he was welcoming.The door on the dryer was sitting on the floor. We could not use it or the washer since we could not dry clothes.The host wanted us to wait around for a repairman. I explained that we were not paying what we were so that we could wait around for service people. We were there to enjoy the area. Several other smaller items were broken or in a state if ill repair in the game room.

Great place for family.

Good location, close to everything. Clean and very comfortable. Enjoyed seeing bears every day in the neighborhood. As long as you left them alone they did the same.

Great Location

We had a few hiccups being a new property, but they were very quick to a resolution and reply. Overall, a great place to relax and very close to all the action downtown. Would return again.

The home was as described. It was very clean and very much an entertainment space. The only critical feedback I would provide was that the outside landscaping could use some attention.

Family time in Gatlinburg

The property was nice! It was very close to downtown Gatlinburg. We seen bears quite a few times on and near the property! Bedrooms were clean and spacious. Especially the 2 upstairs rooms. Kitchen was clean and had everything we needed. Pool was nice to have! Owner was fast at getting back to us. We were even able to stay another day. He offered a military discount, which was nice and we thank you for! Only issue we had was with both of the pullouts. We decided not to use them. Over all I would absolutely recommend! We enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

They aren’t kidding about not feeding the bears!

We had a great stay in Gatlinburg! Our kids loved all the activities to do in the cabin! We spotted a bear hanging out and then sleeping next to our porch which was a crazy sight to see! It took us about 10-15 min to walk to the shops/ restaurants, we loved our trip to Gatlinburg and can’t wait to go back!

Amazing cabin and location!

Our stay at this cabin was exceptional. It is gorgeous, the lay out is perfectly executed! We enjoyed the game room (Pool, air hockey, Pac Man arcade, 2 person basketball gam). The outdoor golf, outdoor heated pool and jacuzzi were awesome! It even had a basketball hoop on the driveway! By the way the two primary rooms on the third have a huge bathroom with a soaking tub and a double shower that is humungous! The theatre room was great and and allowed our family to bond as we enjoyed movies and funny videos! We were walking distance to the town and didn't have to deal with parking in town. Our host was awesome, any questions answered quickly! My family would love to stay again in the future, I HIGHLY recommend, it meet exceed your expectations trust me!

Beautiful cabin, great location!

We loved this cabin! Kids (8 & 9) had a blast here! They loved the game room, movie theater, and swim spa the most. We all enjoyed the balcanys so much we were out on them just about every night. Cabin was very clean. We didn't cook much at the cabin but there were plenty of cups, pots, pans, dishes...etc. All appliances were new and easy to use. The location was great as you could walk to downtown Gatlinburg (15 minutes) but there is also a Trolly stop right near the bottom of the road. You can view the Trolly's real-time location on their app/site so can walk down to meet it on time. There are endless activites and experiences within a 30 minute car ride from the cabin. If you are a techie, I was pleasantly surprised to find excellent WiFi6 coverage with 500mb/s cable internet. So no problem streaming, joining a video call or gaming. All rooms had smart TV's so you can use your streaming services or easily connect a game console. Would recommend for families! We even got to see a couple black bears during our stay!

We had a wonderful time. The cabin was well furnished and so comfortable. Enjoyed having family sit around the kitchen table playing games and watching football in the theater room. Saw bears everyday.
