We are just off the US Rte 98! Please DO NOT park on the street. The driveway can fit two cars and the side yard can fit a couple more. No garage parking as it has a pool table for use!

PETS:
Pets are welcome! We have a fully fenced yard for privacy and safety for your pets. Please pick up after your fur child!

PARKING:
Please refrain from parking on the grass in the front of the property or on the street, as this is not permitted under our HOA regulations. Please make use of the designated parking areas, either on the side of the home within the gate or in the driveway. Again - NO STREET PARKING allowed **

HOT TUB:
Before using the hot tub, please rinse off your feet from any sand with the hose located right around the corner of the home. When not in use, please make sure the hot tub is fully covered to keep the heat in!

GRILLS AND FIRE USE:
Grills operate on propane. Before using, check that the burners are lit. Never leave the grill unattended when in use, and turn off the propane canister and grill knobs after use. All flames must be out when finished. One propane tank provided per device per stay.
