The space
Enjoy the comfortable and upscale Sundancer house.

-Sleeps 12-14 in a giant 3000 sq ft house with 5 bedrooms, including a game room with a futon and 3 full bathrooms with 2 shower heads each.

-Fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker (drip), waffle maker, air fryer, blender, toaster, plenty of pots & pans, dishwasher, microwave

-Starter paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, coffee, tea, sweeteners, laundry soap, and trash bags.

-Smart TVs in each bedroom and a 75-inch TV in the living room. Bring your own streaming subscription. The TVs are factory reset between each guest so you will need to login to your subscriptions before your first use.

-1000mbps fast internet. Bring a HDMI cable to connect to any of the TVs if you want an easy second screen.

-Large backyard with oversized saltwater pool, outdoor lounge area, fire pit, outdoor lighting around fence perimeter, hammock, lounge chairs, large poolside daybed, pool volleyball net, corn hole, wooden ladder toss, and slackline swing set.

-Ping Pong table, Nintendo Switch + games, Ms Pacman game, giant Connect 4, giant Jenga, dart board, various board games, puzzles, card decks, and various toys.

-Beach essentials – umbrella, chairs, small cooler, beach towels, and sand toys.

-Located within walking distance of Whataburger, Beach Bum BBQ, and Sal’s Pizzeria for after-beach eats.

-Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash soap dispensers in each bathroom, linens provided including bath and beach towels, washer, and dryer, ironing board, vacuum, broom, etc.

-We strive to provide a 5-star guest experience. Our check-in process is easy with a guest keycode that is changed after each stay.

PARKING:
One massive driveway can accommodate 4 vehicles. Each driveway is long enough to accommodate boat and trailer parking.
Guest access
Full access is available except for one owner’s closet holding cleaning supplies.
Other things to note
Check-in after 4 pm. Check out at 11 am.

Quiet time hours are 10 pm – 7 am.

The maximum occupancy for the property is 14 individuals.

No pets.

Florida is a tropical place. Our home is professionally sprayed quarterly to control bugs. However, please understand it is not possible to get rid of all bugs inside or outside. Mosquitos can also be around in the evening and after it rains. Please remember to pack bug spray. Lizards will be seen outside in the yard.

The yard is fenced, however, there is no fence directly around the pool. Both backdoors and laundry room doors are equipped with alarms that should be turned on if children are present. Children should NEVER be left unattended outside. NO GLASSWARE IS ALLOWED IN THE POOL AREA - this can destroy the vinyl liner and cause tens of THOUSANDS of dollars in damages. Please use plasticware by the pool. Swim at your own risk. This is a private home and there is no lifeguard.

Gas grill with propane tank is provided as well as barbecue tools in a drawer in the kitchen. We do not refill the propane tank, so when it goes empty, please feel free to exchange the tank at a local gas station, Walmart, or Home Depot for around $20. Please shut off propane tank and clean the grill after each use.

We do not supply firewood for the fire pit. Firewood can easily be purchased at Publix or the Ace hardware store, both a 5 minute drive.

Please note we have a Ring doorbell camera at the front door.. This will record audio and video.

No smoking/vaping in the house. There is a designated smoking area by the fire pit. Please dispose of ashes and butts in the firepit.

Sometimes you may see our pool, lawncare and pest control vendors on the property. The pool and lawn are serviced weekly. Pest control sprays quarterly.

Any time guests leave the house, please ensure that all windows and doors are locked.

Garbage trucks come on Wednesdays. Recycling (blue) cans and yard waste are picked up on Tuesday mornings. Because it only comes twice a week, there could be trash in the garbage can that does not belong to you. If you are staying on a garbage day, please bring the cans to the curb on the grass (not in the street) and bring them back by the shed once they are emptied.

We strongly encourage our guests to purchase travel insurance as it provides peace of mind and financial protection in case unexpected events occur. Unfortunately, we do not process refunds outside of the cancellation policy. Thank you for understanding.

A rental agreement will be sent to you to sign before you arrive. We also ask that you update the names of the adults staying at the property with Airbnb. A deposit in the form of a hold on a credit card may also be taken. Details will be sent to you following your booking.
