Luxury Gulf View Home with (heated) Private Pool and Hot Tub on Navarre Beach

The name of this amazing home says it all! Welcome to Gulf Bliss where you will be surrounded by water views and the tranquility of Navarre Beach. This beautiful home sleeps up to 16 easily with 3 spacious floors and is literally just steps to the beach. The layout of the home insures plenty of space for those looking for time together with family and friends but also offers areas for those needing some quiet time on vacation too. Take a dip in the 14 x 30 (heated) pool just off the first floor deck of the house or relax with a cocktail in the 6-person hot tub on the back deck just off the living room on the top floor. (Pool heating is available between Oct 1st - March 31 only. Please be aware that the pool heater will warm the water to approximately 85°F. It’s designed for comfort and will not feel hot like the hot tub. Temperatures may vary in colder weather and are not guaranteed.) The large outdoor shower just outside the front door is a great place to rinse the sun and sand of the day off before entering the home and a finished storage area in the garage is the perfect place to keep your beach supplies during your stay. A half bath and second refrigerator finish the ground floor storage area making this area the most convenient pit stop when coming in from the beach.

Take the stairs or the elevator to the first floor and find a space made for fun and entertaining! A bar area with a mini fridge, ice maker and microwave is the perfect spot to hone your craft cocktail skills or just pop some popcorn for the kids before watching a movie on the large flatscreen TV. With plenty of comfortable seating and a 4-seat pub table this is also the spot for a game night during your stay. This living area has a queen murphy bed and queen sleeper sofa with access to a full bathroom with a shower in it. This floor also opens to the balcony that the entrance to the pool is on. The balcony has a large patio table with comfortable seating so you can watch the kids splash in the pool and enjoy the gorgeous views of the Gulf of Mexico. The first floor also has two bedrooms with king beds and ensuite baths. One of the baths has a tub and shower combo for the little ones. The third room on this floor has a queen bed and a private entrance to the bathroom that opens to the living area. Two twin size rollaway beds are stored on the ground floor for more bedding options.

The second or top floor contains the main living area , kitchen, and primary bedroom with ensuite bath. A half bath is located just off the living area for convenience. The living area is outfitted with comfortable couches for lounging on and a large flatscreen TV. One of the couches is also a queen sleeper sofa. The kitchen has a long bar and is stocked with everything you might need to make a quick snack before heading to the beach or dinner for a crowd at the large dining table. Floor to ceiling windows bring the outside in so the beautiful Gulf views can be enjoyed while cooking or relaxing with family after a long day at the beach. The laundry area with a full size washer and dryer is also on this floor. The primary bedroom offers a king bed and the ensuite bath has a soaker tub and large walk-in shower. The primary bedroom also opens to the hot tub deck so you can sneak away for a soak and take in the views. The second floor balcony can be accessed from the living/dining area and the cozy seating invites you to relax after a homecooked meal and relax surrounded by the emerald waters and the sugar white sands of Navarre Beach.
