Crystal Sands 306A is painted in sea-inspired blues, and coastal accent pieces are scattered tastefully throughout the space. Tall ceilings, large windows, and tiled floors create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Two sliding glass doors open onto a gulf-front balcony with a table and chairs. It is the perfect spot to relax with fellow vacationers, enjoy a casual outdoor meal, sip a cool drink, and watch the smooth waves roll in. The living room’s seating ensemble is made up of a comfortable, queen-size sleeper sofa and matching loveseat. The setup surrounds a beach-washed coffee table and faces a flatscreen TV mounted above a wood entertainment cabinet. In the dining area, four high-backed chairs surround a glass-topped table. The open kitchen features white cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, black granite countertops, and a raised breakfast bar with four café stools.

The lovely bedroom on the first level has a king-size bed with a metal frame, honey-toned wood furnishings, a large TV, a sunny window, and access to a full hall bath. Stairs lead to a family suite on the second level. These spacious quarters include a loft bedroom with a queen-size bed, seafoam-colored furniture, a work desk, and a TV. It also has a full bath and a guest bedroom with two twin beds and two twin trundles.

A stay at Crystal Sands also means access to great amenities. These include a seasonally heated swimming pool, grilling stations, and free seasonal beach service. Because of its Gulf-front location, the shimmering shores are less than a one-minute walk from the property.

Another benefit of staying at this cute condo is its convenient Destin location. Several nearby grocery stores make it easy to stock up for your beach vacation adventure. Popular restaurants and bars are also close if you’d rather eat out than whip up a home cooked meal. The nearby Destin Commons is a family-friendly shopping and dining venue with an outdoor splash pad, play area, and AMC multiplex movie theater. HarborWalk village is also close by, featuring everything from fishing charters, water cruises, live music, and firework displays.

First Level: Living Room with Queen Sleeper Sofa and Balcony Access, Kitchen, Dining, King Bedroom with Shared Tub/Shower Combo, Laundry.

Second Level: Loft with Queen Bed, Hall Bath with Tub/Shower Combo, Bedroom with Two Twin Beds and Two Twin Trundles.

*Crystal Sands is a smoke free environment with no smoking of any kind on the grounds, walkways, balconies, patios, parking lots, sidewalks, boardwalks, or the beach.

*Personal umbrellas, tents, tarps, canopies, or cabanas are not permitted on the beach, with the exception of baby tents which may not exceed 48” in height. Umbrellas and chairs are available for rent through the onsite beach service. Private chairs are allowed to be set up behind the rental row of umbrellas.

*At the discretion of the HOA, the community pool is typically heated year-round.
