Envíeme un correo electrónico primero antes de reservar esto con su tarjeta de crédito. En el invierno de enero, febrero, marzo, no rompo el mes. Tiene que ser un mes completo. Este 2 dormitorios, 2 baños condominio frente al mar se encuentra en un hermoso lugar. Todo en una planta. No hay pasos en absoluto. Es tan tranquilo y relajante, y estupendas vistas del océano en su patio trasero. Elegimos Melbourne Beach como hemos estado viniendo a la Florida durante 20 años y hemos estado en todas partes. Nos encanta estar aquí ya que no hay tráfico. Es tan agradable ser capaz de conducir A1A y no sentarse en el tráfico nunca. Hay un gimnasio cerca y también supermercado Publix. Buenos restaurantes también con un montón de precios de happy hour.
Hay un ascensor para llegar a mi apartamento.
Condo si totalmente equipada con sábanas, toallas, ropa de cama. Cocina completa equipada con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y encimeras de granito. Televisores de pantalla plana. Servicio de Internet. Todos los placeres son en este hogar lejos del hogar. Camas y los muebles son muy cómodas.
Si te gusta la pesca no es la pesca de surf en esta playa. O una unidad de 15 minutos para el Sebastian Inlet. Aquí es donde el océano y el encuentro del río. Sólo hermosas vistas.
Mis precios son muy bajos para este hermoso condominio. Comparar y ver lo barato que es permanecer aquí.
A sólo 15 minutos del aeropuerto internacional de Melbourne. Delta Airlines es la mayor aerolínea de Estados Unidos y también del aire. My wife an I head to the beach each summer....this is our new favorite spot! very private, quiet, and perfect! Looking for the beach where you can sit and not be bothered by anyone....this is it! excellent accommodations, as well....very roomy, yet cozy and all of the comforts of home. Thanks for the wonderful review. Yes, this is a great beach and the condo has great views from every room. Quiet comfortable place to vacation and relax and without spending a lot. My fees are very reasonable for this beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bath condo. Very comfortable furniture too. Pet friendly so bring your pooch or cat. They will feel at home too. Supermarket close by. you can surf fish on the beach too for your dinner. It is a fishermans paradise. Come and see what all my renters love about my place.

We were so impressed and excited when we arrived to Eileen's condo, that we started to play a game to try to describe the condo. Beautiful, elegant, comfortable, unique, peaceful, charming, personal are just a few of the words we came up with. We absolutely enjoyed every minute of our stay. From the fine china and fully equipped kitchen , to the total body shower and the whirlpool tub, Eileen goes over and beyond to provide a condo worth your money. We are looking forward to spending many more vacations in this condo.

WOW, I like all the adjectives used to describe my condo. It is a pretty condo and worth the money. It has very nice views of the ocean too. It is all on one floor too with the bedrooms on opposite ends. Both bedrooms have views of the ocean also and are a good size. The master bedroom has 2 pillowtop queens beds. Very comfortable. A large walk in closet and a gorgeous Master Bath with tile and Granite. A kitchen to die for. Super large and Beautiful. This condo is close to Ocean Ave with restaurants, outside dining and bars. There is also a library close by and a gym that has weekly memberships . 7/11 is within walking distance if you need a quick item or a snack. There is a Red Box there for movies to rent. The condo is in a super location. There is a golf course down the street. Publix supermarket is also close, a liquor store, nail salon, hairdresser and a subway. You can't beat this Bargain.

Enjoyed out stay very much. Wish the weather had been a little nicer, at least in January. Quiet building with a lot of friendly people. Hope to be back in the area again next year.

Glad you got to spend 3 months at my condo. Yes the people at the Ocean Club are very friendly. Lots go to the beach all the time or to the pool. January was a bit cool but February made up for it as it was sunny everyday and in the 70's. Once you come to Melbourne Beach you see how really wonderful this town is. Hope some year you come again.

Pretty, but not clean

I wish I could give a great review, but I cannot. I have stayed in the Melbourne Beach - Cocoa Beach area every winter for the past 3 years and have never given a bad review. This case is different. This condo is nicely decorated, but was unclean when I arrived. Ants were crawling over every kitchen surface, including the walls and refrigerator. The sheets were not washed, as there was hair on them. There was embedded hair in the leftover used soaps in both bathrooms. The toilet in the 2nd bathroom was malfunctioning. The pool was shut down for maintenance most of my 5+-week stay, and the owner did not notify me at the time of booking, nor before my arrival to see if that would matter to me. I contacted the owner about the condition of the place upon my arrival, and she said she had it cleaned. She obviously did not. She agreed to refund my entire cleaning deposit for my trouble. However, when I received my check, she had only returned $25. I tried working this out with the owner, but she just played games. There are many other beautiful properties - I'd recommend staying away from this one.

I had done everything she asked for. She said there were some ants in the kitchen. I had the bug man there the next day. We all have ants at one time. It does not mean the house is dirty. The cleaning lady forgot to take the soap bar out of the shower but the bathrooms were cleaned. The house was empty for 3 weeks but had been cleaned. I even had the cleaning lady come out and completely redo the house to satisfy her. That was another $125.00 plus the expense of the bug man. Management had not told owners of the maintenance problem of the pool. I was never even told by the renter that the pool was closed for a bit. My cleaning lady told me she was very hard to please. I have 20 reviews that say my condo is great with 5 stars. I did everything she wanted . I had agreed to give her $125.00 back but she wanted it cleaned again so I was not going to give her both. I refused to be bullied knowing I did everything she had asked me to do. I hope you will look at all my other reviews. I am really a great landlord and respond to my renters right away just as I did with her.

You mean very nice Condo, not campground. HAHA. This is a 3rd floor condo overlooking the Atlantic ocean. This truly is a gorgeous condo. You will love it here. If you ever have a request for something, I will have it done immediately. Great layout too. Master bedroom has 2 queen beds. Second bedroom has a double and twin bed.

Beautiful Property

We had an excellent stay. The condo was beautifully decorated and included everything we needed for our family vacation. The patio deck overlooking the ocean and beach was incredible. The owner was great and easy to rent from. Thank you!

Although the condo was already booked for March 2016, Eileen took the time to respond to my questions, offered alternative dates and even other websites to try to make my vacation dreams a reality. I am newly retired and understand I am late in the game but appreciate the feedback. Many owners do not respond at all. Eileen, I hope to rent from you in the future.

Wonderful vacation!

We had a wonderful time in Melbourne Beach in July, at Eileen's oceanfront condo. The views were incredible from both bedrooms and also the living room. What a treat to go to sleep, and wake up to with the sight and sounds of the ocean. It was incredible! The balcony facing the ocean is screened in so we never had to worry about mosquitoes. Even in the heat, there was always a breeze. The fact that the 2 bedrooms are separated by the living room made it nice for the "early birds". Also the fact that there are two bathrooms, each with plenty of towels and washcloths, was great. The washer and dryer were also much appreciated. Definitely we would like to return, in the not too distant future, to the homey comforts of the condo. We had a memorable vacation!

Everyone loves that the porch is screened. It does allow you to enjoy the views and also not have to worry about children climbing over . Totally enclosed. The condo is just wonderful. Everyone loves it. Top floor so no one is above you. Completely quiet condo. Great pool too and enclosed parking.

Very Satisfied

We thoroughly enjoyed our month-long (June) vacation in Eileen's condo. The place was comfortable and the views from both bedrooms and the living room were excellent. I loved the fact that the balcony was screened, so we could truly enjoy the views and the breeze without worrying about bugs. The condo is on the third floor, but there is an elevator, which makes moving in and out easy (unfortunately, it was out of commission one weekend, but that is something that was beyond Eileen's control). I would recommend this place for anyone looking for time at the beach.

Beautiful Condo with an Incredible View

Eileen was very accomodating and easy to work with. When we arrived we were blown away by the beauty of the unit and it's spectacular ocean views. After leaving our deposit came back quickly with a nice note. We have been spending time in Melbourne Beach for 20 years and this is the nicest place we have stayed to date. We hope to come back next year.

My wife and I are Melbourne residents and decided to try ocean front living for the month of June. Well it was great, the condo met our needs to a tee. It is a well appointed living space, with comfortable beds and furniture, and a great kitchen too. The view is incredible!. Truly a place for beach lovers, with lots to do, every night the beach was busy with nesting turtles. If you’re looking for a great place to unwind and relax this is it.

Great Condo and Beach!

You can’t go wrong by renting this condo. Compared to other beach condos here on VRBO, Eileen’s condo is the best option in our opinion. We were a little off-put because the owner wanted a large deposit way in advance, full payment in advance plus a deposit. There was no reason for concern however, because all promises were fulfilled and more. The condo itself is very nice. Three floors, with the master suite on the top floor, living and kitchen are on the second floor, and second bedroom on the first floor. There was plenty of room for our family of four plus the Grandmother. Every floor has a balcony facing the ocean. The condo is nicely furnished and well equipped. The beach is wonderful. There are no high-rises on this beach, and there are no vehicles. We pretty much had the beach to ourselves in June. We saw dolphins, ospreys, pelicans, and loggerhead turtles laying their eggs. The beach is protected because of the turtles nesting. Eileen was a very good host, recommending many great restaurants in the area to us. As for distances, it took us an hour to Kennedy space center and an hour and a half to Seaworld and/or the Orlando airport. We can highly recommend this condo to you, and we look forward to renting it again sometime soon.

I am glad you liked my condo and I hope you do come back. The reason I ask for full payment in advance is because there are people who will cancel close to the last minute if I don't have full payment. Just like a timeshare, that has to be paid up front as soon as you book. I do not ask for full payment right away but I do like to have half down. If I get a security deposit, I know they will take care of it. I have never had to keep a security deposit. Everyone leaves it in nice condition. No you can't drive your car on the beach like you can in Daytona beach. This is a much quieter beach . The loggerheads are a thrill to see laying their eggs. Thanks for a nice review.

Fun in the sun

Loved my 2 weeks in this condo..lots of space,quiet, clean with all the comforts of home including laundry facilities. Loved that it was pet friendly and had an elevator that greatly assisted moving in and out. Private beach,great fishing,great surfing literally a few steps from our door. Walking distance to 2 restaurants along the beach. What more could anyone ask for. Will most definitely be going back and I'm recommending this place to all my friends and family.

Thanks for a nice review. Yes, it is nice to have an elevator for your groceries and luggage to get in and out easier. It is pet friendly up to 40 lbs. It is nice to be able to walk to an Italian Restaurant right on the beach and also a Seafood restaurant across from the Beach. I hope you come back.

Lovely and Relaxing Beach Vacation

My wife and I and our dog spent the month of September 2011 at Eileen's oceanfront condo. We could not have asked for a more lovely time! On our second night, we were extremely fortunate to be able to watch a mother Loggerhead sea turtle come up on the beach right in front of the condo. We watched her dig her nest, lay her eggs, cover her nest and then make her way back into the ocean. What a rare treat! The ocean was beautiful and surfing was great! The condo is comfortably furnished and well-appointed and the views are beautiful from the 2nd and 3rd floors and balconies. Eileen, the owner, was very accommodating and could be easily reached to answer questions. We hope to come back again!

Yes, Melbourne Beach has the famous beaches for the Loggerhead turtles. They are giant sea turtles that come up in August and September to lay their eggs. It is quite impressive to watch them and they are very docile. Her female babies will come and lay their eggs on the same beach when they become mothers. The males never come out of the water again. Nature is so beautiful. COme have a taste of it in Melbourne Beach.

Great Beachside Location

The condo was nice and clean and the owner was very helpful regarding the local area. Watching the ocean and the birds from the 2nd and 3rd floors was quite relaxing. Short drive to Sebastian Inlet and just steps from the ocean for great fishing.

Thanks for a nice response. This is definitely a relaxing condo. It is very quiet and you never hear any neighbors. Since it is 3 floors there is no one above you and no one below you. It is like your own townhouse right on the beach with great views.

Stayed for 2 Months and Loved It

My wife and I rented this unit for June and July of 2011. We loved it. The condo itself is well-laid out for a few guests or many. The ocean view from all 3 floors is great but especially beautiful from the master bedroom. The included amenities are fantastic -- loved the flat-screen TV in the living room. The location is wonderful, it almost feels like a private beach. Lots of wildlife all around -- during our stay we saw sea turtles, manatees, dolphins, and even a shark or two (well offshore!). With a couple of restaurants close by and a Publix only 5 miles away it makes it easy to stock up on food and drink. I would recommend this unit to anyone who loves the ocean and would enjoy a quiet, peaceful beachfront location.

Thanks so much for the nice review. I am so glad you enjoyed spending 2 monhts of the summer there. It is a great beach. Great for fishing too if you like to surf fish. Bedrooms are large and roomy and so are the bathrooms. Even the master bathroom has a view of the ocean.. Everyone who stays here loves it. My rates are lower then most beach fronts and mine is just as nice. It is nice to have the supermarket 5 minutes down the road. PLus there is a gym there that you can join for a week or a month or several months. There is also a nail salon, a liquor store, and a bar and restaurant called Loggerheads. Super place for a drink and or dinner. The condo is very soundproof and you never hear anyone . The condo is 3 floors and no one is above you or below you. Very private. Steps to the Beach. COme and see what all my renters love about my beach front home.

Great place to stay with incredible views

We absolutely loved this condo. Great views of the ocean from all the balconies. Appliances and furnishings were amazing. Beach was wonderful and not crowded at all. The owner is great to work with, and even called to make sure we got in ok after she flew in from her own trip that night. People are very friendly in the area as well. Would highly recommend and will definitely book again.

Thanks for such a nice response. Yes, the condo does have amazing views of the ocean. It is a nice relaxing beach too. Nice deck out front as well as 3 decks on the ocean side. The master bedroom is hugh with a nice comfortable king size bed. All nicely furnished. Granite everywhere and stainless appliances. Just a Beautiful Condo and priced below it's value. I live a mile down the road from this condo so I am at your beckon call. I aim to Please all my guests

Glad you liked the condo and had a blast. NIce beaches for a family. You had a nice family too. The Sebastian Inlet is not far from this condo. It is where the ocean meets the River. You can actually see the River going into the Ocean. Really a Pretty area to see. COme again when you are in Melbourne Beach.

Great Stay

We had a great Easter vacation. Steps to the beach for great surf and/or fishing. Great master bedroom on top floor with great views. Have gone to Melbourne Beach for many years and was best place we have stayed.

Thank you for such a nice resonse. Yes, the views are just great in this condo. Everyone tells me this is the best place they have stayed and for such a great price. Most places for the same type ocean front charge a lot more. I really do have great rates for what you get. Nice quite area too. Beautiful beaches. COme and see for yourself

Melbourne Beach Oceanside Condo, 2 bdrms, 2 bths, ocean views

Photos in listing don't do justice to the fabulous ocean views. Owners very friendly and helpful. Location is quiet but within short driving distance to shopping, restaurants etc. Price is very reasonable, offering good value. Had a great time.Would recommend. ,

Thank you so much for your nice response. Yes, the condo is much nicer then the photos. New master bedroom set with a Big King bed that overlooks the ocean from every angle. Even the bathroom has a fabulous view. Nice quiet area , but close to shopping. The great thing about owning this condo is we live only 1 mile away and are available for your every need if you should need us. COme and experience this wonderful rental for a great rate.

We are a couple who live in Pennsylvania part of the year and Florida the other part. We have the best of both worlds. We are retired and have children and grandchildren. We love boating and that is why we chose Florida. I know why they call it the Sunshine State. The sun is always out. We have lots of Good Friends in Florida and we love it.

There is no other Beach like Melbourne Beach in all of Florida. There are Not many high rises and so the traffic is low. The Beaches are clean and beautiful. The restaurants are nice and not as expensive as South Florida. The shopping is great. 2 beautiful golf courses nearby and very reasonably priced. In fact they are a bargain compared to most of Florida courses.
Close to a major airport. Only 15 minutes to Melbourne International.

Golf at great prices. Boating very close by and you can even rent boats at Honest John's. Kyaking too. Fishing at the Sebastian Inlet or surf fishing right on the beach outside your door. Good fishing too. Super Gym down the road with free Yoga classes and other classes. All free with your membership. Special Gym memberships for snow birds.
