The space
This home is in a quiet neighborhood. Completely stocked kitchen with full size refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker (coffee provided). We provide dishes, serving utensils, silverware, bakeware, pots & pans, basic cooking (olive oil, sugar, flour, some spices) etc. Dining table for 8 plus an additional 3 barstools at the island.
Laundry room is located right off the kitchen, laundry soap will be provided during your stay.
2 full size bathrooms. One bathroom is located in the master bedroom. We provide extra towels and shampoo and conditioner.
Outdoor back patio with table and chairs. BBQ is provided.
Lots of dining located nearby, UberEats and Door Dash are available in this area. As well as Uber and Lyft.
Three TVs with ROKUs & WIFI available. Guests can login to their own streaming accounts.
Guest access
Lots of parking available. This home has stairs that you will need to access to get to the front door. We will provide a door code that will be sent to you before check-in. There will be no access to the lower part of the home. You will have the entire 2nd level as part of the Airbnb. (See pictures) The garages are not part of this Airbnb.
Other things to note
No pets allowed. $150 additional fee for any proof of non approved pets on property.
