Escuchar el surf es uno de los muchos atributos agradables de esta casa. Está bellamente decorado, con colores brillantes y madera oscura, pisos de madera dura y prácticamente todo lo que uno podría desear para disfrutar de una escapada en nuestra encantadora aldea de Cambria. Disfrute de hermosas vistas al océano, wyFi, chimenea de leña, dos televisores con reproductores de DVD, barbacoa, cubiertas delanteras y traseras, y, ¡su perro también es bienvenido!

En la planta baja hay un garaje para un automóvil, un dormitorio con cama de matrimonio y un estudio con sofá cama doble, televisor y reproductor de DVD, y una pequeña nevera, microondas y cafetera. Establecido como su propio pequeño estudio con baño y terraza con vista al mar, a través de las puertas corredizas de vidrio del estudio.
En la planta superior hay dos dormitorios y baños, cocina, terraza en el frente y un patio cerrado en la parte posterior con barbacoa y muebles de descanso. Desde este patio, hay acceso a la calle, ya que esta propiedad es calle a calle. Se pone bonito el sol de la mañana, y tiene tardes sombrías. Had a great time. Amenities were great. Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. Views were so nice. We had daily visits from the deer.

It was close to moonstone beach and to the cute little town for shopping and having dinner. And you must go to Harmony and visit the glass shop and pottery barn so fun 🤩

We had a great stay. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly and there are several places to sit outside. Inside the layout of the house allows for flexibility and it's well furnished with anything you'd need in the kitchen and throughout the house. I'll definitely stay here again.

Perfect Floor Plan for a Family

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We stayed for 3 weeks. We had family and friends visit part of this time. The arrangement of the house works beautifully for a family or guests. The stairs from the garage level up to the main floor are somewhat steep, but there is a good hand rail. On the lower level there is a roomy space with a bedroom, bath and a living area with door our to lower level patio. Perfect for extra family or guests. My only critiques are not serious ones. The living room sofa with, sorry, ugly slip cover, should be replaced as the cushions wont stay in place. I felt the kitchen was perhaps overstocked with pots and pans. There were no empty drawers or cupboards to store any food goods. These are minor issues compared to the overall attractiveness and comfort of the home. I would alert tenants not to use toaster oven and the microwave at the same time. This threw a breaker, but we were able to find and restore. I would definitely recommend this property as very comfortable place to vacation.

We always stay at a different house, and this house is ranked high in our opinion. The views are terrific from the living room balcony. The kitchen was very complete, with every tool, spatula, and pot/pan you would ever need! In addition to dining out at our favorite restaurants like the Sows Ear, the Sea Chest, Madeline’s, and the Black Cat, we enjoy preparing meals. We also appreciated the beds. They were very firm and we had good refreshing sleep. We loved the TV.There are a few minuses, including the furniture in the living room. The two armless chairs should be replaced by two comfortable armchairs. Also, the dishwasher needs looking at, as the pod is not always accepted. The main drawback with this house is the front stairs. However, you can exit the house from the back gate onto a level road, which makes all the difference. That’s what I did. if you exit the back gate, a car can just come Around the corner and pick you up. One other thing. The downstairs little apartment was very comfortable. My daughter really enjoyed staying there.

Fabulous property

We traveled here from the midwest and invited California friends to visit. We love Cambria and this house was perfect for us. Clean, comfortable, spacious, private, ample parking, spectacular views, perfect location. It had everything we could possibly need--except table salt. It even had a Weber kettle BBQ grill AND charcoal--but it had gotten too wet to light. We really, really enjoyed it.

A quiet residential area and home

All four of us and dogs enjoyed our stay. The home is in a residential area and does have a sea view from a distance. The backyard is fenced for dogs, which was nice. There were a lot of deer in the area which were fun to see, but sadly, there was a young deer that was struck by a car not far from the home, and had to be put down by a sheriff's officer as he couldn't walk - so do drive carefully in the area.

It was nice for each of us to have our own bathroom.There is plenty of seating both inside and out. The beds were all very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with nice pots, pans and dishes. There were even big roasting pans and a mixer. The location is convenient to many sights. We enjoyed our stay very much.Our only suggestions would be to have better lighting as it is a bit dark and to have some zip locks, a few more spices and olive oil in kitchen.

Fantastic seaside getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is located in a quite residential area about 15 min walk to the coast, less than a mile away from Fiscalini preserve. It’s thoughtfully designed with extra furniture items, well stocked kitchen tools and supplies, bedding and bathroom needs. The view is fantastic especially on the 2nd floor deck. Three enclosed outdoor areas to enjoy. It’s spacious yet cozy and our family of four had an amazing time. We especially liked how the downstairs is very private with a door. The opportunities: the dishwasher needs to be either thoroughly cleaned or replaced. It’s actually disgusting and concerning as we couldn’t trust cleanness of the dinnerware in the cabinets. All dirty dishes turned up oily because it wasn’t cleaned and chalky from the detergent powder. Bathtubs drain slowly. I was told the 2nd floor is worse. Other than the two malfunctioning items the place is clean, and almost perfect. Thank you for the hospitality!

80th Birthday!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful few days at Sounds of the Surf celebrating my sister’s 80th birthday. We were able to accommodate five adults for the overnights and four more Cambria friends for the daytime party. The house is well situated and very clean. It was great to have a front patio and a big backyard! My only negative comment is about the pullout bed in the den. It is not at all comfortable and certainly would not accommodate two adults. Kids would probably be fine on it. We will definitely rent this house again. Thanks!
