located just south of Orlando, offers spacious 2- bedroom Kissimmee vacation condos to vacationing families at an affordable rate. Our
Kissimmee Vacation Resort is a great alternative to cramped hotel rooms.
Our townhomes sleep six, for one low price!

This two-bedroom two-bath Mediterranean style townhome is fully equipped with amenities including a full kitchen, washer and dryer, separate bedrooms, wireless Internet access, an outdoor screened patio and many more. And Best of all it’s located within 10 or15 minutes Drive to DISNEY WORLD THEME PARKS, and close by to Universal studios and Sea world, plus other Attractions.

Great spot for our trip to Orlando!

Great spot close to Downtown Disney/Disney Springs, close to the outlet mall and plenty of restaurants nearby. We picked this place specifically bc of the amenities available and the affordable pricing. The kids loved the pool, lazy river & slides. We had a great quick trip to Orlando.

Nice water park

The unit was a nice stay while visiting Disney. Very close to the Park. There is a nice size water park at the property with access included at no additional charge. The owner is very responsive to questions.

Excellent location and host

Danny was an awesome host, letting us arrive early and leave a little late. He checked in with us to make sure everything was ok. Super great. The townhouse was perfect for what we needed, just like the pictures. There was transportation to some of the parks, and the activity and pool area was very nice. Was a great stay. Master bedroom bed was so comfy.

Good stay at Fantasy World

Our family (myself, wife, and four kids) stayed for a long weekend at the property. Overall it was a pleasant stay and we have no complaints. The kitchen was well stocked and everything worked. Also, the home is about 100 yards to the entrance to the water park area so that was also convenient. I would stay here again.

Our stay in Dannies villa was more than expected. The beds were extremely comfy. Clean and maintained. Danny was spot on with issues we may have had.

Fantasy World Resort Summer Vacay

We enjoyed our stay and Danny was on top of any issues with had with his condo. Everything was close and within walking distance. I'm not sure I'd like to do the up and down stairs, but it was a great time with my family. Jill N.

SeaWorld Vacation

We took a family vacation to SeaWorld. The villa was absolutely perfect for the 6 of us. It was very clean and the amenities the resort offers are great for the family. Our kids had a blast at the pool, as we made use of the bar area at the pool. The villa is perfectly place for convenience to all the parks. It took less than 20 minutes to get to SeaWorld. Great place and the owners of the property were awesome. Danny is very prompt with replies and makes sure you have everything needed to enjoy your stay. We highly recommend this property.

Wonderful Vacation!

Danny is a wonderful host that is very communicative and responsive to any questions that come up. His condo is very comfortable and well stocked to make some small, easy meals. The resort is a fun place to stay on days that you want to relax. Danny’s condo is within walking distance to the resort pool and lazy river. The pool heater was not working on our stay this time but we were told it will be fixed. The hot tubs are wonderful and the large lazy river was heated, and a lot of fun to use even on cooler days!
