The Space:

Welcome to this comfortable Cleveland escape in the welcoming Kamm’s Corners neighborhood! Whether you’re visiting for a family trip, a weekend with friends, or a getaway with your pup, this home has everything you need for a relaxing stay — including a private hot tub, fun-filled game room, spacious backyard, and convenient access to downtown Cleveland.



*Bedrooms

Bedroom 1 — King Bed:

Relax in a comfortable private room featuring a King bed, soft linens, bedside tables, and room-darkening shades for a restful night’s sleep.



Bedroom 2 — King Bed:

A second comfortable King bedroom with a cozy, modern setup. Please note: Bedroom 2 is accessed through Bedroom 4 (the Twin Bedroom). This layout works especially well for families or groups traveling together who are comfortable with connected sleeping spaces.



Bedroom 3 — Double Bed:

A bright and inviting room with a comfortable Double bed and a blue headboard — a cozy option for couples or solo travelers.



Bedroom 4 — Twin Room:

This cozy room features two Twin beds, making it a great choice for children, friends, or guests who prefer their own bed. Please note that guests staying in Bedroom 2 will need to pass through this room to access it.



*Private Hot Tub

Unwind in the private backyard hot tub, available year-round and open daily until 10 PM. It’s a favorite feature for guests looking to relax after a day of exploring Cleveland. Please review the hot tub house rules provided after booking.



*Game Room

Head downstairs for some family-friendly fun! The finished basement game room includes a full-size arcade game, air hockey table, retro Nintendo games, and a flat-screen TV for streaming.



*Outdoor Space

Enjoy some fresh air in the backyard, complete with a gas grill and green space for relaxing, playing, or spending time with your four-legged friends.



*Kitchen & Dining

Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire house, including the fully equipped kitchen, spacious living area, and all four bedrooms. Relax on the comfortable furnishings, including plush beds, and enjoy the full-sized arcade game. High-speed Wi-Fi is included, and a security system ensures a safe and secure stay.



The Neighborhood:

Explore everything Kamms Corner has to offer! Kamm's Corners is a neighborhood on the West Side of Cleveland, Ohio. It is bounded by the streetcar suburb of Lakewood to the north, the Rocky River Reservation of the Cleveland Metroparks and the suburbs of Rocky River and Fairview Park to the west, the New York Central Railroad tracks (now Amtrak) to the east, and Puritas Road to the south. Kamm's Corners Plaza and Warren Village are the major retail centers of the neighborhood.



Getting Around:

Kamms corner is easy to navigate with a vehicle. For those traveling without vehicles, both Uber & Lyft are available in the area.

🚫ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES — ZERO EXCEPTIONS 🎉

This home is monitored by neighbors and staff who notify us instantly if a party or event takes place. If an unauthorized gathering happens, your reservation will be terminated on the spot and you’ll be required to vacate immediately without a refund (this includes no refunds on any unused nights). Any cleanup related to a party or "gathering" no matter the size will also incur additional cleaning fees and labor/material fees for any damages that were caused.



🚫Renters must be 21 years or older to book and stay.



🤫 Noise:

Please keep noise to a minimum when outside. We use decibel readers (they don’t record conversations) to monitor levels.



🔇 Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM

💸 Excessive noise may result in a $500 fine due to past neighbor complaints.



🚭 Smoking:

No smoking inside the house — $500 fine for violation

Smoking outside is allowed



🚫 Strictly Prohibited :

Underage drinking or drug use

Unauthorized guests



🎉 No mini waste:

Avoid confetti, glitter, water beads, balloons, or tiny plastic/glass/metal pieces.



👫We respect my neighbors to the fullest and will not tolerate any gatherings, parties, or unauthorized guests. If you violate any of my house rules or those of the OTA community, you will be required to vacate the property immediately, and no refund will be issued for any unused nights.



🔥 Grill Use:

If the property is equipped with a grill, guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed—but don’t worry, just send us the receipt and we’ll reimburse you!

If it’s a charcoal grill, be sure to bring your own charcoal. Happy grilling!



🐾 Pets:

Max 2 dogs: $125 flat fee

Requests for 3rd or 4th dogs are subject to approval and an additional $100



❗Pets must be disclosed and approved in writing before your stay. Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to cancellation without refund.

NO cats allowed!



📌 Hot Tub House Rules:

Hot Tub Cleanliness Fine: $250

To avoid this, please follow these simple rules:

🚿 Shower with soap and water before entering to remove lotions, oils, or substances that affect water quality.

⏳ If you have sensitive skin, limit use to 15-minute intervals and shower after use to avoid irritation.

🛁 Use beach towels, not bath towels.

👫 Max occupancy: 7 guests

🚸 No unsupervised kids

🚫 No diving or jumping

🍔🥤 No food or drink in the tub

🚫🥂 No glass in or near the hot tub

🧼 Keep the hot tub clean and clear

🤫 Respect neighbors – keep noise down

🚭 No smoking in the hot tub

♨️ Turn off the jets after use

✅ Always cover the hot tub after use

❌ No pets in the hot tub

❗ Do not turn off the hot tub — only turn off the jets.

→ The temperature should remain at 100°F when not in use.

🧴 Do not add any chemicals, chlorine, bromine, essential oils, bath products, or hot tub scents without HomeHop’s knowledge and approval. Overuse or misuse of chemicals may result in additional cleaning or maintenance charges.



👟 Shoes off inside:

Please remove shoes indoors to help keep the home clean — the asphalt driveway can track in dirt. We appreciate your understanding!

📌A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Guests may choose either a $400 refundable security deposit (pre-authorized hold, not a charge, released after a damage-free inspection) or a non-refundable damage waiver of $40, which covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Note: Refunds will be issued minus any applicable Stripe payment processing fees, which are not recoverable on our end.

We give our guests space, but are available if needed.
