Welcome to this family favorite retreat! This spacious 2-story home is nestled in the serenity of the Falls at Center Hill Lake, just one hour from Nashville and offers four-bedrooms that comfortably sleeps 12. Open concept design on main level provides a living room / dining room / kitchen gathering space for friends & family with a fireplace (electric), smart TV, and reclining sofa. The king-sized bedroom/bath suite is on main level. The kitchen has all new appliances with full-sized refrigerator, diswasher, stove and microwave. It is fully appointed for your stay with glassware, dishware, cookware, bakeware, utensils, and many small appliances.

Upper level has a Bonus / Recreation Room with Pool Table, smart TV, desk, and comfy furniture for hanging out. There's 3 bedrooms (2 with queen beds & bunk bed room with 6 single beds), full bathroom, and new flooring throughout. Every room has a ceiling fan.

The deck off the kitchen has a wooded view, gas grill & patio furniture. Children love the splash pool (12 ft diameter x 30" deep) for summer fun at the side of the house. Center Hill Lake access is within 15 minutes, marinas, parks & shopping. Home is located on a private, quiet, non-through street. Large driveway fits at least 3 vehicles and street parking is allowed.

Pull into the driveway and enter the front door featuring digital lock / self check-in. There's only one step to the covered porch making it easily accessible. Pet friendly.

Convenient and spacious

Wonderful stay! We travel a lot, but this was a first with our little dog. Home was perfect for our large family (2 adults and 6 kids 3-16) and puppy. Would not hesitate to book it again!

TN State Park Getaway!

Michele’s place was perfect for our summer vacation. Close to multiple state parks, our waterfall chasing trip highlighted by staying here. All of the tiny details of the home made us felt like we were at home. The kids loved playing pool and the adults stayed on the lower level of the home.

Lovely Home!

Had a great stay the pool table was a huge hit with our 11 year old! We played every night! Remote location perfect for relaxing. Sad the plunge pool was damaged in a recent storm but Michelle made it right thank you so much!

We had a wonderful time staying here! The home was so inviting and user friendly. I did a lot of cooking and the kitchen was fully supplied. If I had any questions Michele got right back to me. The play pool was super fun! I would highly recommend this lovely place for a fun family get away!

Wonderful location

Property is well maintained and clean. Location is in a quite small neighborhood. The house is on the side of a wooded gorge, that is a big drop. I would use caution with children, if exploring the lower back of property. The house was had everything we needed and enjoyed catching up on our pool table skills. We enjoyed day trips to all the surrounding towns and loved Rock Island St Pk and Falls Creek Falls St Pk, both a must see. Murfreesboro was a wonderful day trip exploring the history of the area with a wonderful town square.

Great communication

Very appreciative of the level of communication with the host. The property was clean. Only issues we had were that the pool was much smaller than expected (it was basically a kiddy pool), the kitchen faucet needs to be fixed, and one smoke detector was defective. Other than that, everything worked well and was as advertised.

The pool is described as a “splash pool” and guests usually love it, but I’m very sorry it disappointed you. We have had no issue with the kitchen faucet. All the smoke detectors including the one next to the one mentioned are 100% working. It literally started chirping right before your stay, batteries changed twice, so we are replacing, as we discussed. Sorry again for the inconvenience. Thank you for staying with us and your feedback is appreciated.

Lake life! This is a great space for family and friends to relax and have fun! The neighborhood is quiet and our home is nestled on a wooded lot with plenty of outdoor space. The house has a small pool for frolicking, a deck for grilling, 2 living areas for entertaining, a pool table and comfortable beds for 12!

Center Hill Lake and all the surrounding parks is an amazing attribute of Smithville, TN. Within 15 minutes, you can be at a marina or a state park for boating, hiking, and outdoor fun. Also closeby is restaurants, shopping, and there's often festivals, music, and other activities happening in the area. Nashville Airport is only 60 minutes away.
