Huge renovation completed! New furniture throughout the entire house - new areas added including a game room, golfing simulator, ping pong/pool table, and indoor hot tub! This beautiful ocean & inlet view beach house is located in a peaceful section of Murrells Inlet, South Carolina. The house is only a few steps to beach access, allowing you to have an easy stroll over to our gorgeous beach. You will enjoy incredible ocean views from 2 separate balconies PLUS you'll have unparalleled beach views from the 3rd floor bedroom windows. On top of that, you will have gorgeous inlet views from the top floor loft area. Enjoy the best of both worlds!



The Space:

It is our top priority to provide a clean and safe location for our guests. In addition to enhanced cleaning protocol from our professional cleaners, we provide a contact-free check in. The entrance-way is also in open air which allows you to avoid enclosed hallways/crowded check in areas!



Parking: Private driveway. Approximately 2 vehicles will fit in the driveway + 2 vehicles in the garage. No street parking allowed.



Entry: Use of stairs is required for this property. Self check-in with keypad.

Living Area: Spacious couch, additional seating, plus access to the Oceanview balcony!

Dining Area: Large table with plenty of seating. Open concept allowing views of the kitchen, living room, and balcony.

Kitchen: Fully stocked! Includes cups, plates, utensils, pots and pans.

Bedroom 5: 2 queen beds with an attached full bathroom.

3rd level (top): Loft area, bedroom + bathroom

Game Room: Sleeper Sofa with TV, air hockey/pool/ping pong table + Mario game + gaming table + Xbox & more. All of this with beautiful inlet views

Bedroom 6: 1 king bed with an attached bathroom. Great Oceanviews!

Televisions: All TVs have cable and/or streaming!



Pool: There is a shared outdoor pool for the small community in addition to the included private hot tub. Pool closes at 8PM, and is closed from October to May.



Beach: Only a few steps across the street from beach access. Outdoor showers to rinse off sand are located at the beach access and in the garage area of the home. Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels/trash bags provided but guest will be responsible for anything not provided or any resupply needed during stay. We also do not provide extra towels throughout your stay, but guests are welcome to use the laundry facility.



Guest Access:

Guests will have the entire house for themselves along with the shared complex pool (Closes at 8PM. Open October to May)

The house is located in a beautiful section of Murrells Inlet, SC - which makes for a perfect, peaceful vacation.

Getting Around:

Guests will have private parking and can drive to all of the restaurants, shopping, and attractions that the area has to offer. You can also request and Uber, Lyft, or get a taxi.



Other Things to Note:

PLEASE NOTE: Host and Co-Hosts do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: community grounds, pool, sidewalks, etc.



Feel free to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs, or other items for your stay.



IMPORTANT NOTE:

1. Guests are kindly asked to complete a rental agreement and upload a valid ID that matches the name of the booker on the agreement. If the form is not signed or the information does not match the reservation, the reservation may need to be canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy.

2. In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other party must agree to and sign a resolution agreement. This document will outline the terms of the settlement and ensure that both parties fully agree to those terms.
