All guests are required to acknowledge our rental agreement , house rules, fees and cancellation policy prior to payment and booking through the VRBO platform . Our house rules, fees, policies and rental agreement are available for review by a guest prior to booking . According to documentation provided by VRBO , an individual with the initials T H accepted the terms and conditions of rental with payment on 3/2/2022 for your booking . Per the terms and conditions of short term rental as outlined on our VRBO marketing site. rates are calculated based on 2 persons per bedroom occupancy . The advertised standard nightly rate is for 1-4 guests and main house occupancy with 2 bedrooms. An additional guest fee of $60 per guest per night is charged for guest number greater than 4 . The additional 2 bedrooms with full ensuite bathrooms are housed in the cabanas located adjacent to the main house and available to parties with less than 8 guests for $120.00 per bedroom per night . As a condition for coverage our liability insurance carrier requires all guests to sign a copy of the terms and conditions of rental to access the property . If a guests does not provide a signed copy upon booking the property . A copy of the document will be emailed to the guest for signature prior to arrival to meet the requirement . Unlike stateside , routine trash pick up is not provided at the location of the villa. We do ask guests to dispose of any household trash in dumpsters provided along the roadway or at the trash disposal facility conveniently located to the left of the guard station as you exit Mahogany Run . Vincent , our resident agent and property manager was happy to assist you during your stay and any guests without a rental vehicle with trash disposal as a courtesy .
