High-end finishes include tile/hardwood flooring throughout, solid surface countertops, and stainless-steel appliances. Master suite features double closets, tray ceiling, and private bath. You will enjoy the sunny days and summer nights on the front porch or back screened porch. Conveniently located near Wilmington and only minutes away from Myrtle Beach.

Great stay . . Minor issues.

House is wonderful, location is good . . Close to Southport, beaches, shopping. Uber is a good option to the beach, cheaper than day parking. Walk back is pretty easy from 9th Place/Street, about 15-20 minutes. Only issues were with items listed as available were not . . No coffee maker - bring K cups, no paper products, limited cleaning supplies . . Dish soap, laundry detergent, kitchen or bath cleaners we needed to buy. Jason was great, very responsive. Would go back taking what I needed.

Wonderful Stay

Great cozy home. We really enjoyed fishing at veterans park nearby. Close to beach and restaurants I’d definitely recommend!

Solace from the Storm

We had to leave our home in the Asheville area after Hurricane Helene wiped out our power and water. My parents and pup had to join us. This home was perfect for my parents because they cannot navigate stairs and our pup loved it too. My father (who just turned 90) loved taking naps on the screened back porch. The coffee bar was cute and the entire home was clean and comfortable.

First visit to Oak Island

Super cute house with a great open floor plan. Enjoyed morning coffee in the rocking chairs on the front. The neighborhood is very quiet which made the walk to and from beach that much better. We hope to return soon. Thanks. better.

Loved the house

Very clean, less then 5 minutes from beach. The kitchen had everything you need and more. The owners were very responsive to questions. Would love to come back.

Vacation 2024

Beautiful house, wonderful neighborhood, easy access to the beach. Only complaint was yard needed to he mowed, and there was no trash bags or toilet paper. But overall, it was a wonderful stay

Oak Island beach get away

The house was great!! Just as advertised. The host was great and very easy to work with, from first contact to the last, he responded quickly and was very helpful. We would definitely stay there again, and we recommend this house and this host for a great time at Oak Island.

Beautiful house

What an awesome stay! House was modern, was extremely clean and had everything. Quiet neighborhood with plenty of street that are all flat to bike and walk. Which I did every morning along the intercostal. Thank you!

Ocean Trip

Lovely home, felt very safe, easy walk to the beach! Had a great weekend! The beds were not very comfortable and that is why I gave a 4 star overall rating, everything else was as expected.

Extended weekend with family

Jason's house is spacious and comfy! We had four older adults in our party, used all 3 BR's and had a good time. The kitchen was well equipped as we made breakfast and lunch each day. We enjoyed a jigsaw puzzle and the front porch rocking chairs. The neighborhood was quiet and a short walk to a local park on the intercoastal waterway. The beach is a 20 minute walk as stated. We would definitely stay another time, when its a bit warmer so we could have a fire in the pit out back.

Wonderful Holiday House

From start to finish the house was as promised! Beautiful accommodations and very close to so many great restaurants as well as the beach. Nice quiet neighborhood was perfect for walks. Could not have asked for a better host. A thousand thank you’s for a beautiful Christmas!!

Jason was an excellent host. As soon as my family walked through the front door, we were in love with the house. We had absolutely no issues with anything during our stay. It was the perfect little Thanksgiving get away that my family and I needed. 10/10 would stay here again.

Lovely layout

I rented this home for my elderly parents and relatives who were visiting for a wedding. There are no steps and the layout was perfect for them. The home was clean and had everything they needed for their stay. Bonus points for the coffee and tea bar! They loved the rockers on the front porch. Home is a couple blocks from Veteran’s Park on the Intracoastal Waterway to watch the boats go by. Host was super responsive and helpful!

Easy living on Oak Island

Nicely appointed and perfect for our family break. Short drive to beach; lots of chairs, boogie boards, sun canopy available - host very responsive to all our requests. Definitely would recommend this property!

Great Getaway

This house was super cute. It wasn’t walking distance to the beach but it was literally a 4 minute drive. It was equipped with everything we needed-appliances, linens, beach chairs, even boogie boards! The house was very modern and updated. The decor was adorable and the layout for our group of 5 was perfect. We enjoyed our stay and the owner was very prompt with all communication. I would highly recommend this rental for anyone going to Oak Island. :)
