With five spacious bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms, this home comfortably sleeps up to eighteen guests, making it the perfect retreat for a large family or group of friends.
The main level of the home features an open concept floor plan, complete with large windows that provide stunning views of the lake and surrounding mountains. The fully stocked high-end kitchen is perfect for preparing delicious meals for your family and friends, and the dining area offers plenty of seating for everyone to gather and enjoy meals together. The main level also boasts a large gas fireplace, perfect for cozy evenings in.
The main level bedroom features a comfortable queen-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with a full tile shower. There's also a convenient half bath on this level.
The upper level of the home features two luxurious bedrooms, each with a king-sized bed, and a Jack-and-Jill style bathroom with a bathtub and double vanity. One of the bedroom closets has 2 additional twin size roll aways beds and a portable baby bed that can be moved out to either of the upper level bedrooms. We do provide linens for these beds too including sealed baby bed sheets.
The lower level of the home offers even more space for your group to spread out and relax. This level features a cozy media room with a kitchenette, perfect for movie nights or game days. There are also two additional bedrooms on this level, including a bunk room that sleeps eight and a queen bedroom. These two bedrooms share a Jack-and-Jill style bathroom.
Outside, you'll find plenty of space to enjoy the beautiful natural surroundings. The home features a large deck off the main level, complete with an outdoor kitchen with quartz countertops, sink, Blackstone flattop grill, Traeger pellet smoker, Weber gas grill, and coolers on each level perfect for outdoor meals and gatherings. The deck also boasts comfortable outdoor furniture for seating and stunning mountain and lake views.
The lower level patio area features an eight-person hot tub with a big screen TV and Sonos sound, perfect for relaxing evenings under the stars. The patio also features an outdoor shower, two double swing chairs, and an Adirondack seating area. The outdoor area offers two hammocks, five kayaks, two paddleboards, a firepit with a Sonos sound system & extended wifi, and a brand new state of the art dock with swim bench perfect for fun days on the lake.
The property boasts covered boat dock with two Jet Ski ports for guests use. The professionally landscaped yard features a lighted walkway down to the lake, and cornhole boards are available for even more outdoor fun.

Douglas Lake is a TVA controlled reservoir and is drawn down from late fall through early spring. The lake is still there, but docks may be sitting on the lake bottom and not at the edge of the property.
You will be required to sign a rental agreement, a point of contact form and set up a required security deposit just making your reservation. This is required to stay with us.
