Loved the location and being right on the beach. The elevator did break down once during our stay and was down a couple hours. We were told this wasn’t a normal issue. Loved the large space the condo provides and the nice pots and pans to cook with. Pool was always clean. Would definitely book this unit again!

We had an amazing week! The property was spacious, clean, and our family of 5 had plenty of room. The proximity to the beach and restaurants was great. The area isn’t too crowded so getting around locally was quick and easy. The condo is stocked with plenty of beach gear for families of all ages. We highly recommend for a relaxing week!

Perfect family vacation right on the beach!

This was perfect for our family spring break. Right on the beach, easy to walk in and out with kids, plenty of restaurant options around, great condo building, and a nice spot on the coastal strip too! We’ll be back!

Perfect Beachfront Stay Even Better Than Expected! From the moment we walked in, we were blown away as the condo is every bit as beautiful as the photos, if not more. The pool stayed the perfect temperature, even after several days in the 90s, and the ocean was literally just steps away and never crowded. Our host went above and beyond to help with a few things we needed during our stay, making us feel truly cared for. The kitchen was as well-stocked as my own at home, the beds were very comfortable, and there were plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, floats, and toys included. Everything was spotless, well-maintained, and thoughtfully prepared for guests. We couldn’t have asked for a better vacation spot and will definitely be back!

Beautiful location.

The condo was nice some of the pictures make it look a little bigger than what it really is. Had some issues with electrical outlets not working and fire alarm kept going off the last two days we were there. But overall it was really nice and clean and would definitely stay again.

Location was great.A few minor cons - single elevator for a unit this size - VERY slow on crowded days; heard several vacationers complaining as well. Bathroom shower area had mold, so not being cleaned very well. Ice maker is a joke. Master bedroom beds make a ton of noise when entering or exiting them - VERY noisy.Overall, we would stay here again, or not, for the pricing we would consider other options first.

The location exceeded expectations. Everything was clean. Location offered everything we needed to just SHOW UP and enjoy. The owner even had a metal detector that my teenagers used every day. Loved it. We will be back.

Great place to stay

Great location. Dunkin’ Donuts / Baskin Robins was .2 miles away so we went there every day. Multiple other restaurants all within less than half a mile to walk to. Property was right on the beach. Casual laid back atmosphere. Wasn’t crowded at all. Met many nice families from all over the US. The pool was nice and clean. Our place was very clean. Mattresses and pillows were comfortable. Check in and check out were super easy. We would definitely stay here again.

The unit is beautiful and comes fully furnished from the balcony to the front door. You really don't need to bring anything else ,but your clothes and beach attire.They provide beach chairs,sand toys and they even had a couple of boogie boards.Fully equipped kitchen for cooking. Perfect place to stay if you are traveling by airplane.Colleen is who you will be dealing with should any problems arise and for check in.She is an ace in the hole! She is very friendly and helpful.

We found the unit clean and spacious and stocked with plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas and toys. The three bedrooms were lovely and each had new, very comfortable beds. This unit has beautiful views from the balcony of the pool, beach and Gulf. It was really nice to be able to look down from the balcony to see the kids and family members enjoying the pool. Every evening we looked forward to perfect sunset views. This trip exceeded our expectations in every way. Overall, the property had a comfortable, family-friendly atmosphere. The other guests and owners we encountered were congenial and helpful. It was the perfect place for our family reunion. The property is conveniently located close to plenty of restaurants and grocery stores etc. We booked directly through NextHome Beach Time Realty --- Colleen provided great service -- she was extremely professional, responsive and helpful.We’ll be back!

The property was beautiful on a gorgeous stretch of the beach and very well maintained. Every day people were working on cleaning and maintaining the grounds. The condo itself was very nice too. We loved the set up of 2 bedrooms have 2 queens in each room with its own bathroom. Also loved that the unit had a handful of beach chairs and even a beach umbrella. If I could change one thing it would be how the key fab system works. I get getting the fab to get onto the beach and into the pool but do not understand why you also need the fab then to get out of the pool and into the bathroom when you already used it to get in. Honestly, I think needing it to get out of the pool, with no other exits other than ones you need a fab for, poses a safety risk if people in the pool area needed to exit quickly.Other than that is was perfect. We loved the pool on the beach viewing the water and that we were within walking distance of so many things: coffee shops, places to eat and drink, stores, it was perfect! Also loved that it was just 5 stories high with about 6 units on each floor, not too big and not too small. Hoping to return again!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very convenient location. Pool and beach were very close, however , having to use a fob to go from pool to beach was a hassle. The gate was so heavy, so if you are carrying little ones it was tough. You needed a fob to even exit pool area. The condo was a bit outdated and the master bed was hard as a rock. We had to have cleaners come and re mop the floor Walked on floor in bare feet and they were so dirty The management company did send someone right over .
