5 Star newly renovated Beach Condo - perfect for 2 families or family with grandparents.

3 bedroom, 2 bathroom with direct Gulf of Mexico views. The open floor plan provides plenty of space for the family to spread out. The Magnolia Farms inspired décor carries throughout the condo. The unique sugary sand beaches of Indian Shores are well maintained and depending on the time of year you may see a sea turtle nest or bird colony.


You cant be closer to the Beach/Ocean and amazing Sunsets.

The space
Open the energy-efficient windows and let the Gulf breezes in and listen to the sounds of the surf. The fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops also has a breakfast bar for optional seating. The living room and dining areas are spacious and inviting and has a Roku Smart TV and DVD player.

All beds are prime beds with high quality mattresses . The master bedroom has a King size bed, Roku Smart TV and ensuite bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a Queen-size bed, the 3rd bedroom has a queen & a full bed - both of these bedrooms also have Roku Smart TVs. The hallway bathroom has a tub/shower. Washer/Dryer available right next to Condo.

The Holiday Villas II condo complex offers a large heated swimming pool. The pool area has bathrooms and shower/rinse station. There is a charcoal grill for your use as well.

Lovely Visit

My sister and I spent a couple days with our daughters-in-law. The location was ideal for a quiet beach visit. The condo was clean, well-appointed and cozy. Although there was no balcony, the view of the water was stunning. The beds were also very comfortable (as confirmed by my daughter-in-law who is expecting another child). The condo building was also well-maintained and the staff on site were quite pleasant. The beach is easily accessible and a couple of local coffee shops in walking distance. We had a lovely stay in a location where I lived as a child.

This condo is beautiful! The pictures are great but it looks even better in person. We will definitely stay there again. The owners went above with helping us and stayed in contact. The view was amazing, honestly everything was perfect. I give this a 10 out of 10

Wonderful stay

The condo sits right on the beach with easy access to the local restaurant. The place was beautifully decorated with plenty of things to help you enjoy your stay at the beach.

The unit was very nice and despite some very windy weather, we were able to enjoy our family time in this great 3 bedroom unit right on the beach.

Nice quiet spot for a family getaway

Overall it’s a great spot. Pros definitely outweighed the cons. The cons are more just some constructive feedback. :)Pros:-great location. Forget St Pete’s and Clearwater, those places were nightmares. This was spring break so crowds were everywhere up there. Indian Shores is quiet, quaint, and a short drive from all those other touristy places if you felt the need to sit on a beach with 5,000 other people. -The beach was beautiful, easy to get to, and not crowded at all. Frank and Hayley had all the chairs and parasols you'd need for a day at the beach as well.-The view out the big ol' window never got old. -Heated pool on the property was a life-saver when the weather (mid-60's a couple of days) wasn't cooperating.-Beds were comfortable. (The pillows were not...bring your own if you can)Cons--I wish the photos provided would have given you a better sense of the building the condo is located in. It really should just be called a giant apartment complex. It's 4 stories and about 10 units on each floor. -I know the listing doesn't come out and say "it doesn't have a balcony" but it's literally one of the only (6 out of 40) condos in the whole complex that doesn't have a walk out balcony. "Whomp whomp" I said to myself as I looked at the complex from the beach the first night and saw all the other families watching the sunset from their balconies.-I hate knick knacks. This place had a very "valentine's day gnome" thing going on.

The property was fantastic. Right on the beach. Just what my grandson was looking for. Clean, roomie. The beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped. Owners were great. Very accommodating and quick to communicate with us.

Beautiful view

Was a very centrally located beach front condo. Clean, comfortable, owners VERY accommodating regarding items for infant. I would recommend (with little ones) to have screens on windows. Highly recommend this property!!

Incredible

The Condo was lovely, clean, roomy and provided all that’s needed. The view ethereal!But, the most impressive were the owners. Gracious, great communication and compassionate. We were here for a Life Celebration for my nephew and Frank/Hayley were compassionate and there for us every step of the way.We’re so very grateful! Thank you!

Great Family Relaxing Vacation

This was such a great place to stay with our family. The condo was gorgeous and had everything we needed to cook, clean, play, sleep, relax! The location was very convenient to other fun things to do in the area, we went to a Rays game one night, enjoyed a movie a different night, and ate great food nearby too. The distance of the walk to the ocean from the elevators was really close too. Sometimes the west coast beaches have a loooooong walk in the sand which can be hard when lugging chairs, coolers, tents. But this one was really close, and it was not that busy at all either! The hosts were so helpful and even came and fixed a small issue with a window. Would definitely recommend this condo and we will for sure be back!

Weekend trip

Was exactly as advertised. Clean and plenty of room for the 7 of us that stayed. Great location. Would definitely book again. Only complaint was parking. You would think for a 3 bedroom unit that we would have 2 parking spots. There's only 1 spot per unit and only 2 non-reserved spots for the entire place. We got lucky to snag one of them, but the alternative of parking 2 miles away overnight didn't sound great. Everything else was fantastic though!

Everything about our trip was perfect! The condo is clean, the kitchen has EVERYTHING you could possibly need, the view is incredible, and the beach was heavenly! The host was so kind and accommodating! I can't wait to return!

Audas Family Summer Vaca

This unit is absolutely beautiful and accommodated our family perfectly. Although we missed having a balcony, the view from the large picture window was breathtaking. The kitchen had everything we needed which was appreciated since it isn't often the case with these rentals. We were somewhat disappointed how busy the beach was on Saturday and Sunday because of the public parking and public beach access.

Great view, nice condo, awesome host!

The condo is "as advertised" and the view from the living room is tremendous. The host (Frank) was very accommodating and helped us enjoy our beach getaway.
