Great location, scenery and accommodations

Great location, scenery and accommodations. Quick access to beach via walking/bike path, access to golf facilities within minutes via car, great location to restaurants, shops and more.

Beach Get-A-Way

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely condo. The condo was in a great location for access to beach, pool, golf courses and many restaurants and shopping. Also loved the extra amenities of beach chairs, towels, toys, etc.

Family vacation

Lovely stay

We enjoyed our stay. The amenities of beach chairs and wagon was really nice. Lots of updates to the condo. A few things could still use an update, but nothing that hindered our enjoyment. It fit the bill for what we needed in our stay.

Beachwalk stay

Overall we had a great stay here. Property had everything we needed. Great location and layout. Plenty of space for my family - husband and 2 young kids. One small improvement was that the unit wasn’t super clean when we checked in.

We had a rough start; frozen and burst pipes left our arrival with no water. Host 2Coast found us another unit for the night and immediately began repairs. Host2coast responded to many issues in this condo. The location is good, a ten minute walk to the beach. The furniture and kitchen supplies are adequate. (King bed is very comfortable.) The unit is light filled with a nice view. We appreciate Host2Coast's management and quick response to problems that arose.

Great Location. Needs cleaning

The location of Beachwalk is excellent. Close to beach, golf course,and all amenities. The unit is bright, tastefully decorated, with a fully equipped kitchen. Upon entering there was a musty unpleasant smell that remained for the 12 days we were there. The carpets needed cleaning badly. The windows were filthy and the tracks were so dirty it was hard to open and close some windows. We wouldn’t stay there again unfortunately for these reasons as we value cleanliness. . The management company made check in very easy.

We always find it disappointing when guests do not inform us of any issues during their stay and instead choose to leave negative feedback afterward. This means we are unable to assist you in resolving any problems that may have arisen during your stay. Our professional housekeeping team thoroughly cleaned the home, and it was inspected twice prior to your arrival. We have not received any reports that mention the issues you experienced. Another guest had recently left, and they did not have any problems with the cleanliness or smell of the villa.

Our stay was short but enjoyed the spacious condo. Loved the deck! The master bed was super comfortable and the room was large. MASTER Bathroom was adequate, the water in shower is slow to drain!. The second bathroom was again adequate, hard to pull shower water on. Having suppies for laundry, dishes, beach towels, gift bag is thoughtful and appreciated! Kitchen stocked well, couple of the cabinet doors are slightly wonke. Walk to beach, not bad. For future renters...maybe tips/map on how to get there and where they can park if walk is too long. Pool was great! Overall super happy with our visit. We love HHI, have been coming for 15 years! See yall soon!

Fun weekend vacay

This was a last minute Mother Daughter trip. We thoroughly loved the condo. Very clean with everything needed for our stay. The beds were super comfortable with plenty of pillows. We especially enjoyed our morning coffee outside on the deck overlooking the golf course. The proximity to the beach was within walking distance. The only issues were confusion on the location of the condo. We didn’t have clear instructions on location from the check in office, very confused but we figured it out. The other issue was in the primary bathroom. The water seemed to not drain in the shower. Certainly a simple fix on those issues. I would definitely consider staying here again.

This was a very clean & close to the beach condo. The only complaint was on sunny days the temp would not go below 74. So if you need a temp below 74 especially to sleep this is not the condo for you. I did message the host in which he responded quickly but the temp still stayed above 74 on hot days.

We very much enjoyed our time here. It was our first time at Hilton Head and I think it is likely we will return.Items to note in no particular order:The unit was sufficiently clean upon arrival. Just wondering if there should be a 2 week cleaning included for rental periods of 4 weeks or longer?The toilets are quite sluggish and slow to completely flush. Replacements would be very much appreciated.The faucet in the kitchen is in need of repair.It would likely be appreciated if the “teflon” pans were upgraded/changed.Something we obviously missed in the details, but we were disappointed to not have access to an outdoor gas grill.We brought our dog and that worked out wellOverall a positive experience.

Another great vacation in Hilton Head!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property is in a great location. Only a short walk to the beach. Great wraparound upper deck. While the unit was clean it does require some updating which we understand will be done shortly. The bathrooms could use an update. The guest bedroom currently has 2 single beds which are not comfortable for older teenagers or adults. A much better option would be to have at least one double bed in the guest room. The team from Host to Coast were fantastic! A special shout out to Dan who not only responded quickly to our concerns but went over and above to remedy the situation. It was a pleasure chatting and working with him.
