Our stylish apartment with gorgeous views has everything you need for a comfortable stay: fine furniture and equipment, proximity to the beach with beach amenities, rooftop pools, gym, and SPA. The modern resort gives you a 5-star hotel experience, while our place gives away home vibes. And the location couldn’t be better: just a few minutes’ drive to the Aventura Mall and Bal Harbour shops, steps to the Gulfstream Park, Art and Culture Center, and plenty of other restaurant and bar options.

Resort fee $40 per night.

Our 1 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment has it all:

• Fully equipped kitchen;
• King size bed and TV in the bedroom;
• Sofa bed and TV in the living room;
• Balcony with a breathtaking view;
• 1 bathroom;
• Washer and dryer;
• Paid valet parking.

Our guests get access to all the amenities offered by the resort:

• Rooftop pools;
• Gym;
• SPA;
• Beach chairs and umbrellas (paid extra at the Hotel $40 per night);
• On site restaurant;
• Paid valet parking ($38.38)

The Resort also charges the security deposit in the amount of $250 (credit card only). This fee also has to be paid at the Front Desk during the check-in.

Located between Miami and Fort Lauderdale, the Hyde Resort & Residences offers a wealth of activities right there and in the surrounding area and easy access to the best shopping and dining Miami and Fort Lauderdale have to offer.

The Aventura Mall is about 20 minutes’ drive; the beach is just steps away. Guests of the resort can also quickly get to the Gulfstream Park (minutes away), Art and Culture Center, and plenty of other places of interest (restaurants, malls, golf parks, bars and clubs).

At least one guest has to be 21 years old. After we accept the reservation, please provide the names of all guests who will be staying, so we can register them at the hotel to facilitate your check-in process. If all necessary information is not provided 24 hours prior to your arrival, the reservation will be canceled.

There is a $40 per day resort fee that includes beach umbrellas, towels and chairs and has to be paid at the Hotel upon check-in. Please be advised that the beach services were temporarily relocated. It will take approximately 10 min walk along the beach to get to the amenities
IMPORTANT

It’s very important to register ALL of the members who will be staying at our property. Please provide an ID picture the same day you book, as well as a picture of the guests that will be staying with you. Even if you have already verified your ID through Airbnb we will need a copy as well.

*If we don’t get this information before your arrival, we won't be responsible for the cancellation of your reservation, as the building will NOT allow access to unregistered guests.*

• Please DO NOT smoke inside $300 fine.

• Try to avoid noise. Remember you are in a residential area.

• If you experience any inconvenience, please let us know as soon as possible.

• Check-In is at 4:00 PM – Check-Out is at 11:00 AM.
If you need to request a late check out please contact us 24 hours prior and if it’s possible we will arrange it : ) It has an additional cost of $50 up to 1:00 PM, which is the latest time for checkout.
*If we have guests arriving on the same day you are leaving, we can NOT accommodate a late checkout. There is a charge equivalent to one extra night if the check-out time is not met.*

• It is not allowed to send packages (Amazon, eBay, Best Buy, etc.) to the property’s address.

• We DO NOT PROVIDE WASHCLOTHS.

• Keep home items inside the house.

• Turn off AC when leaving the house.

• An extra cleaning fee will be applied if the property is left in really bad conditions.

Please kindly take care of the objects and equipment we provide for your use. In case of any damages you will be charged:

Bath towels: $15 each
Set of sheets/Duvets: $50 each
Bed Blankets: $60 each
Carpet Stains (spills): $50


Additional costs for items such as furniture, appliances, and kitchen items also might be applied.
