Dream Condo steps to the beach

Step into your dream vacation at Del Mar with our elegantly renovated and spacious condo, `Del Mar Dream`. Filled with natural light, this casual yet chic beach condo exudes a warm, inviting ambiance. Located merely a block away from the beautiful Del Mar beach, you`ll also find the charming Village of Del Mar and Cedros Design District within walking distance.

Among our recent renovations are a brand-new kitchen, fresh flooring and paint, a cozy fireplace, and a well-equipped laundry room. These thoughtful improvements culminate in a fantastic space for guests to gather and connect.

`Del Mar Dream` comfortably accommodates up to four adults, with extra space available on the sofa. An infant or toddler can be easily catered for with a pack-n-play. Both bathrooms come fully equipped with two sinks, while the master bath features a shower stall and the guest bath offers a shower/tub combination. Our fully stocked kitchen is ready for your gastronomic adventures, and we provide beach equipment to enhance your fun-filled days on the shore.

Nestled on the 2nd floor, this end unit offers a single-level layout within. An elevator (in addition to stairs) ensures effortless access.

Guests are welcome to enjoy the entirety of the condo. I am readily available for any inquiries via text or phone, and as I reside in the building, I am always on hand to assist as needed.

The Beach Colony is a highly desirable area, cherished for its close proximity to the beach and easy strollability. The terrain is flat, making the area easily navigable for all ages.

Transportation options include private cars and Uber/Lyft services, although many attractions are within walking distance.
If traveling with 5th or 6th person, sleeping would be on the couch or in a pack-n-play. You can double up in the full size beds, but it would be tight for adults.
Costa del Rey is a smoke free property. If you do smoke, please do so off property and dispose of your cigarettes properly.
If you are traveling with a dog, please clean up their waste and dispose of in trash bins.

We enjoyed our stay. The property manager, Gina, was awesome. She was very professional, detailed friendly, and always available to address our questions and concerns irrespective of the time of the day. Gina truly made our stay pleasant, and truly exceeded our expectations. The property is nice, clean, well-equipped particularly the kitchen, and about five minute walk from the beach.

Would definitely stay here again. Terrific sandy beach for walking and for our granddaughter to play in was across the street. Very safe area, and quiet at night.

Restful Stay

The condo was a wonderful getaway for a few days. Very nicely decorated and a wonderfully equipped kitchen. The beds were very comfortable and a very easy walk to the beach. Gina was a great host and let us have an early check in and late check out. We will be back.

Condo's location is exceptional. 27th street Del Mar is my favorite beach. Easy walk to beach, Fletcher cove, Brigantine restaurant and walking trails around San Dieguito Lagoon.

We enjoyed this beautifully decorated condo across the street from the beach. It has everything we needed in the kitchen & the sitting area had a very comfy couch. We enjoyed taking morning beach walks & watching evening sunsets.

We selected this rental based largely on the representation that it had been newly renovated. While some portions of the unit appear updated, the bathrooms—particularly the master—do not reflect that description and were a significant disappointment.The master bathroom shower is extremely small and difficult to use comfortably. The showerhead is positioned at an awkward height, the water pressure is very low, and water leaks out during use. As a result, it was not a functional or acceptable shower experience, and I ultimately avoided using it altogether. More broadly, the bathroom fixtures and finishes are clearly dated and inconsistent with what a guest would reasonably expect from a “newly renovated” property.The location near the beach was excellent, and that is the primary reason we chose to stay. However, the condition and functionality of the bathroom materially impacted our experience and fell short of how the property was presented.Given this discrepancy, I believe a partial refund is appropriate to reflect the difference between what was advertised and what was delivered. Additionally, I would strongly encourage a review of how this property is represented on the platform, as the current listing does not accurately reflect its condition.
Notice the corrosion. Completely UNrenovated bathroom.
Old toilet so it flushes with more water. Nice. But it looks like it's 30 years old. that's the kind of use you don't want to think about for too long.
This is the nose high shower spicket. The water dribbled out. 400 hundred dollars a night for this?
I'm 6ft. 200 lbs i barely fit in here. I chose to not take a shower.

Christmas in beautiful Del Mar

This property was perfect for our needs. We had 3 adults and there was plenty of room. We walked to the beach in about 3 minutes and a longer walk took us to the main tourist area of Del Mar. We would definitely go back.

Perfect location for a beach vacation. End unit is filled with light, just one block from the beach. Walking distance to Del Mar Village shopping and restaurants. Host was very accessible and communicated all the information we needed for a seamless check-in and enjoyable stay. Amenities were made available to make our stay comfortable. Will definitely return.
