With ample room for the whole family, our home has cribs and safety gates for our youngest guests. Outdoors, our heated pool is the ideal spot for relaxation and fun in the sun. With plenty of space for lounging and soaking up the California sun, our pool area also features a barbecue grill and outdoor dining area for al fresco meals.

Sweet 16th Birthday Celebration

The Airbuh was Beautiful. It was my daughter's birthday celebration and the home exceeded our expectations. It was very spacious, clean and very enjoyable. We all had our own bedrooms and enough bathrooms. The airbuh decor was very beautiful. The kitchen was very nice and equipped with what we needed to prepare meals. We definitely felt very safe in the home and neighborhood. My daughter and our family was very pleased with this Beautiful home. The experience will definitely be a great memory for my daughter's 16th birthday celebration for everyone!

Great Stay

My group and I had a wonderful time at this property. The check-in/check-out process was very easy. The communication was excellent and the home was better than described. We loved the location and access to the hot tub and pool. Thank you for a wonderful trip.

Great Place to Stay

We have been using VRBO for the last 10 years on several trips and found this home in Huntington Beach to be exceptional. With 9 members in our family, we found we had plenty of room, the house was clean and well maintained and the kitchen was well equipped. The pool and spa were excellent and the instructions for check-in and checkout were easy to follow as well as how to operate the pool and spa. The neighborhood was quiet, and we had close access to shopping and the beach. We enjoyed our stay and looking forward to future visits.

Beautiful Home!

Big beautiful home in a nice quiet neighborhood close to everything.This has everything already there, you need don’t worry about forgetting something. Very clean and family friendly. One thing we would have like to have had was some beach towels but it has lots of bath towel and a washer and dryer so it still worked out well for us. We definitely would stay here again.

A nice stay

The property was very nice, beds were comfortable. The pool and hot tub are a plus although using the app to control them was a little difficult because it was hard to gauge if it was actually on or not with the error messages. Overall we had a good time and enjoyed the amenities that the boys had to offer.

Leaves something to be desired

The house itself is nice but the rental lacks in maintenance and the response from the management company was very spotty (e.g. didn't respond at all to email, had to ask multiple times what they wanted me to do with a wallet we found in the house). The floors were dirty when we got there. The kitchen is not well stocked; all of the cookware is unusable (cooking surfaces are scratched/destroyed). Nearly all of the window screens are damaged (cut/ripped) and all of them were super dirty (this was an issue b/c it's mosquito season with WNV in the area). The main screen door to the patio was straight up broken. There was a bunch of other stuff like that - some windows couldn't open bc they were broken, some of the window shades were broken, the upstairs patio door lock was broken (couldn't be locked), fridge had broken drawers.. The BBQ is in rough shape and the first night we were there we found a rat inside of it after we had used it and went back out to scrape/clean it. There are a couple of large floor mirrors that are just leaned up against the wall w/o being secured to anything (which can be an issue if you're visiting with a toddler). The adult beds were all comfortable, the cribs have super cheap mattresses. The pool/spa is operated via an app on a Fire tablet that kept erroring out though we were eventually able to figure it out. All in all it wasn't a terrible experience or anything but I wouldn't book it again.

Great for families

The host was super quick to respond to all questions and incredibly helpful with instructions on heating pool,WiFi and appliance use. House is spacious clean and comfortable. Matches the pictures posted. Would definitely stay here again! We were a family of 9 ages 3-65 and we were all comfortable. Outside fireplace and grill were easy to turn on. Pool and spa were clean and fun. They have a few pool floatys and there was a small pump to inflate but if you can bring your own. There’s also a target with in 10 min. House is close to beach, like 20min. Neighborhood is nice and quiet. Was easy to find from freeway.

Great house - lots of room!

The management company and cleaning company are to be commended! Our family of 10 enjoyed the accommodations, although a couple of the beds were a bit too soft for some. Also, we didn't realize there were only 2 bathrooms upstairs (one ensuite, one for the other 3 bedrooms upstairs to share). Having one ensuite downstairs was great for our elderly mom, though, and the half bath for convenience off the living room. The place was super clean -- YAY! Had pretty much anything you'd need in the kitchen. Lovely home, definitely recommend.

Gorgeous Home by the Beach

We loved this home! It is gorgeous inside and out. I stayed here with family.. 4 adults and 3 kids. There was room for all of us and lots to spare. It is just like the photos. The backyard is really beautiful and private. We loved the pool and hot tub. Everything is well maintaned and clean. The communication was great.. we had a few questions and they responded immediately. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend to anyone!

Perfect spaciousness

My family stayed 2 nights with a large group of 3 families including younger children. Plenty of sleeping arrangements accommodated us perfectly! Great appliances including washer and dryer. The pool, hot tub, huge gas outdoor fireplace and patio area was super to spread out and relax at the end of the day! The host responded quickly to any and all questions. Only 20 minutes to the beach. Highly recommended!😎👍

Plenty of space

We had 3 families stay at this property for a soccer tournament. There was plenty of space and more importantly plenty of bathrooms. There is a small room with a bathroom downstairs away from the living room. Plus 4 more bedrooms up stairs. The pool and hot tub work great. Kitchen had everything we needed.
