Home was clean when I got there. The only minor thing is some of the cookware was missing lids and the small foot heater provided wasn’t enough to stay warm. The location was ideal and I would stay here again. The mini home was perfect spot for my trip, close to a park as well as the state fairgrounds.

Very clean apartment. Travelers need to know the downstairs access has steep stairs that might cause problems for people with knee issues. Comfortable queen bed, good kitchen with refrigerator, microwave,Keurig coffee maker. Good access communication with the host. We would stay here again

This is a great place to stay if you want to be close to downtown. It's a nice little place. The host was very responsive and helpful when we let them know the details of our trip changed a bit. It's close to bus routes and easy to find. It's very close to the freeway but you don't hear anything once you are inside the house. We would stay here again.

This charming pet friendly basement apartment had everything we needed for an overnight stay, all thoughtfully supplied in a compact space. Despite its proximity to the freeway we were not bothered by traffic noise and found the neighborhood quiet as well. There is a nice grassy space to walk dogs. The apartment is located down a short but steep and narrow flight of stairs, so those with mobility challenges might look elsewhere. The hosts were very friendly and helpful and have two adorable dogs of their own. All in all, a pleasant, convenient, clean place to stay!

Amazing little quaint place just perfect for my needs. My stay was a quick over night stay on a two day drive to where I was moving to. The hosts are very delightful people and I could have ask for a better experience. This deserves a 10 star place to stay.

Overall I was happy with our stay. Everything was clean, there were a coupe of waters and energy drinks in the fridge which were a nice little surprise. It was close to everything we needed. The only trouble I had was finding the place. The GPS took us to the apartment area but not the exact building. We had to drive around a little bit before we could find the exact location. Just have to keep going towards the very back. But once I found it I was able to get right in and everything else was perfect! We did hear barking from the dogs but it didn't bother us at all. Definitely would stay here again )

Comfortable and cozy spot, a little away from the immediate bustle of the city. Parking can be challenging if you're not practiced, but the host is wonderful.

lied about it being the whole house, changed the listing to basement after the refund time. as a female traveling alone I am absolutely not comfortable with this kind of set up or lack of proper communication. they also never answered any of my messages. I'm really mad they took a lot of money and waited until pretty much the day after the cancellation refund period to update the listing.

Horrible place!

The listing said “entire home” it was NOT a house. It was in the basement of someone’s house. Dogs were barking, people talking, and definitely not in a neighborhood I would feel safe in! Needless to say. I walked in and walked right back out and to a hotel I went for my entire trip! The Owner WOULD NOT give me a dime back nor reply! Hopefully this saves someone else from the huge headache it gave me!
