This condo is part of the Laketown Wharf Resort where you'll be walking distance to plenty of attractions during your stay, with plenty of options for on-site dining. But the fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need for delicious meals on your own schedule. Featuring a 52,000-square-foot lakefront boardwalk, the resort community is conveniently located near the best attractions in Panama City Beach. However, because the community includes a convenience store, a bar, and a grill, among many other amenities, guests may find that they don't even need to venture out of the comfort of the resort to find convenience and fun.
Enjoy drinks out on the balcony, or unwind in the central air conditioning inside. The private washer/dryer will ensure that everyone's bathing suits and towels are ready to go whenever you feel like some beach time. The bedroom is all set up for comfort, and built-in bunk beds provide extra sleeping spaces for younger guests. Relax close to everything at this condo, with amenities designed to help you enjoy every moment.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
