Pet Friendly, Recently Renovated, Private Hot Tub + Free Attraction Tickets!

The "Bow Wow Bungalow" is a private beach house with private hot tub and was completely remodeled in early 2023!! It has all new flooring, paint, furniture, décor, appliances and an updated kitchen and bathrooms.

The "Bow Wow Bungalow" is conveniently located in the Ocean Drive section of North Myrtle Beach and is only 0.1 miles from the beach, 0.8 miles from Main Street and 4 miles from Barefoot Landing. Main Street and Barefoot Landing offer many restaurants, beach bars, shops and local attractions.

The "Bow Wow Bungalow" is a private 2 story house. The ground floor features a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room with queen sleeper sofa, master bedroom with 1 king, full bathroom and full sized washer & dryer. The 2nd floor features 2 bedrooms and a shared bathroom. The 1st bedroom has 1 king and private access to 2 balconies. The 2nd bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds. One bunk bed is a twin over twin and the 2nd bunk bed is a full over full. All 3 bedrooms and the living room feature smart TV's with cable streaming and free Wi-FI and free parking is also included. House can accommodate 12 guests and has enough parking onsite for 3 vehicles. Additional vehicles may be parked at our local rental office which is only 1.2 miles away.

The "Bow Wow Bungalow" got its name because we love our fur babies and want you to be able to bring them along with you on vacation. Pets are always welcome (dogs only) with a $200.00 non-refundable pet fee and we do not have any breed or weight restrictions nor do we have any restrictions on how many dogs you can bring. Please note, there is very limited "yard space" at this home.

Great location and comfortable stay. Minor issue with the fridge not being cool when we arrived. Which caused a little stress as far as groceries go. Maintenance was responsive helpful. The attraction tickets were misleading and a big disappointment but didn’t negatively impact our stay. As previous reviews stated there was definitely a need to shop for basic needs upon arrival but that was expected. The beach was an easy walk. Overall I would recommend this property.

Great Doggo Friendly Stay

My family and I had a great time here. Only blocks from the beach and tons to do in the area. Nice hot tub to unwind in after a long day at the beach. Highly recommended!

Great stay

The house was clean and very close/easy walk to the beach. There are a million food options very close. We went to a wedding in Myrtle and it was very close so this house is also close to all the Myrtle attractions (if that is your thing, it's not mine).

Overdue Vaca

Loved the location, the neighbors were friendly. Short stroll to the beach, but the quiet of a side street-exactly what we needed. Thank You for welcoming large breed dogs, we had so much fun with Luigi!

Pet-friendly, only one step haven!

Wow! That’s what we said when check-in took less than 5 minutes with friendly staff and when we walked in house. We had originally rented a house in area flooded by a tropical depression just before we were to arrive; that left us to find a pet-friendly, no-step entrance with a first floor bedroom & bathroom. Not an easy task. This house, while being two levels, has only one small step at entrance, making it fairly easy with my quad to go in/out. Everything I need is on first floor; the kitchen/dining area, den, master bath/bedroom, clothes closet, utility closet with brooms, and laundry. Upstairs are two more bedrooms and full bathroom. Bathtub/shower combo on both floors great for bathing infants/toddlers. There’s a hot tub outside in fenced area so it is private; I couldn’t access the tub as there are too many steps, but my family enjoyed it after the first night (the water was cold because someone had turned the temperature down really low before us). My support dog loved being walked up/down the street by my family, where there are multiple grassy areas; he didn’t like going on the very small grass strip around the house. The house is very well kept and is as beautiful as the pictures. Linens and towels are clean and decent quality. Kitchen is only area that needs work: not enough or large enough pots/pans/serving dishes for # of guests if cooking a full meal, and the ones provided are not in the best shape. # of plates, glasses, bowls, cups -great! We will stay again!

The property was great and a very good location. The only thing lacking was outdoor space. In my opinion, the space where the hot tub is would better utilized as an outdoor sitting area with a fence that was not a privacy fence.

Perfect place for a family

We enjoyed our stay here, especially because it was easy to include our dogs. The house and jacuzzi areas were nice and clean. The small yard space surrounding the house was in need of upkeep. But otherwise, it was very nice. Thank you.

Great location, close to the beach and quiet.

It's a great location, very clean and close to the beach but the reason for 4 stars instead of five is because they barely include basic things, only 1 roll of toilet paper, paper towels, etc. so expect to go shopping for basic things. I paid around 2500 for just the weekend and I think they could have at least had hand washing soaps in the bathroom.

No complaint s except flood we’re not cleaned well. We are used to walking barefooted in our homes. Otherwise it was a most enjoyable stay.

Great house a short walk from the beach

We had a wonderful month at the Bow Wow Bungalow. Restaurants, bakeries, golf clubs, and the beach were all nearby. The condo was obviously renovated and was attractive and the rooms were neat and comfortable. The kitchen was pretty well equipped. The flooring was great for our dog, and the ground floor bedroom and bathroom were convenient for our family member who has a problem navigating stairs. Five stars!

Bow Wow Bungalow

Inside of the house very clean. Closets do not have hangers, so bring your own if needed. Only 1 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. Backyard is small and limited room for dogs to play. Kitchen has microwave, refrigerator, and oven. 1 roll of paper towels. Coffee maker. Upstairs has 2 bunk beds and a separate queen bed that share the upstairs bath. Downstairs has a queen bed and bathroom with a washer/dryer. Close walk to beach. Neighborhood was quite. TV's in the living room and each bedroom. Plenty of towels. We did not use hot tub. We had a nice stay.
