By booking this property, you acknowledge under this rental contract and agree, per Town of Irondequoit regulations:
(1) Maximum property occupancy is 6 people.
(2) Maximum on-site parking provided is 2 vehicles.
(3) On-street parking is prohibited; and
(4) You must abide by a Code of conduct including adherence to our Good Neighbor policy.
(a) The short-term rental is in a residential area in the
Town of Irondequoit, and renters should be considerate of the residents in neighboring homes.
(b) Guests are required to observe quiet hours from 10:00 p.m. through 8:00 a.m.
(c) All renters will be subject to New York Penal Law § 240.20 or any successor statute regarding disorderly conduct.
(d) Littering is illegal; and
(e) Recreational campfires, if permitted, must be
attended.
