Featuring an open concept throughout, with lake views from nearly every room as well as a brand new main level master suite. Master suite includes full bath with ceramic tile work and its own exterior door leading to a private patio perfect for that morning coffee! This home has a lakeside covered patio and an additional family room with lake views for year round entertaining. Enjoy this split floor plan with 2 bedroom and a full bath opposite the master suite. 2nd bath features a walk in ceramic shower. This home also features an updated Kitchen and 2 car attached garage. Enjoy the dock platform, for lounging or docking your boat.

Wonderful Rental

This place was an excellent place for my family to enjoy Lake Tippy! Extremely well stocked. I had traveled with a lot of things for our stay that we really didn’t need. Owner was responsive and great. Would definitely rent here again.

Lovely family trip

We absolutely loved our stay. The home is actually nicer in person than in the pictures. Cute decor and plenty of space. The inside layout and outdoor space was great for both my family and my sister’s family to enjoy. The yard is large and allowed the kids to have a fun game of badminton while we adults watched from the nice porch nook. We plan to rent this property again!

Great stay!

We had a wonderful time staying here and enjoying the lake with our family. Lori is great to work with and the house was homey and clean. We rented a boat for the weekend on Tippy from Tippy Boat Company, fished off the pier, swam in the lake, had fires on the beach, and had a great time.

Great Lake Front Home

Excellent lakefront location, w dock to use in case you rent a boat. Beautiful, serene surroundings, w wilderness alongside the home. Spacious, clean, updated home in great condition. One of the most relaxing, comfortable vacations we ever had. Highly recommended.

Great Lake House for family fun!

This was a beautiful lakefront home with lots of room inside and out. The little kids loved the sandy beach and the big kids loved the big yard for yard games! We had wonderful weather and rented a pontoon which docked at the big pier. Lot of extras with this property--hope to return!

We loved our trip! The property was great last year, but it continues to improve. Our large family had plenty of room. Incredibly comfortable. Everything we needed. Perfect setting to relax and enjoy the lake. We’ve already booked another visit!

Wonderful getaway on Lake Tippecanoe

Wonderful property, 3 BR, 2 Bathrooms. Beds for 10 people to sleep. The listing was completely accurate. Dock was in great working order. We were able to tie our pontoon boat at the dock and leave it there for the duration of our stay. Many updates to house. Very clean. Great communication with the owner/host. We plan to stay here again! All had a wonderful time!

Beautiful setting

So very easy check in and check out! Open floor plan perfect for grandkids and family. the outdoor covered porch was my favorite place to relax! All day long!!! The park next door was great for walking my dog. And There was even a kayak and Lots of games to play. Thank you Lori for a great week with family and friends!! My grandkids were so sad to leave and are hoping they will be back next year!!!

Lake Tippe Stay

Location: this property is on the lake right about where the channel for James Lake and Lake Tippecanoe meet, which means even if you don't rent a boat you can enjoy watching them going between the two. The property is relatively private. The HOA access to docks for properties not on the water is next door, but was relatively quiet for our stay. If you are looking for things to do, we headed to Chain o' lakes state Park which is a little over a half hour away to rent a paddle boat and go hiking, have a picnic and that was a lovely day out. You can also easily rent a boat from nearby boating companies and be out on the lake. Property: The home is larger than it looks in the pictures. It's a split floor plan which was great since we travel with a noisy toddler in tow. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook, from bakeware to cookware, and there was both a charcoal and gas grill. We loved the covered back porch and the fire pit (pick up some wood when you're at the store). Owner: The owner was very responsive. The area lost power during our stay due to some crazy storms and she was overly accommodating. Overall we had a nice stay.

Beautiful home

The house was well equipped and it was a beautiful spacious house! We all loved the view of the lake and enjoyed the beautiful sunset. The host was very kind to answer any of our questions. We would love to come back in summer!

Overflow for family

We live a landing over but needed extra space for family in town for my Father's funeral. Extended family we put up in a hotel, but my brother and his family stayed here. It was perfect...a nice gathering spot, beautiful view, and close to our home. The owners communicated well with us leading to checking in and everything was as promised. We'll definitely try to use the property again if it's available!

Great open space, fantastic views

Lori was extremely responsive and very helpful. We were a large group of family gathering under sad circumstances, and it was wonderful to have an open floor plan, a large yard for the kids, and the dock to fish off of to keep folks busy and distracted from what brought us together during that time. It means a lot that we were all able to be together in that space. The photos don't do it justice. Thank you so much for your hospitality!

Perfect house, perfect location, great property. Lori answered all our ?’s and was very responsive. We can’t say enough good things about this place. We had a great time-nice flat yard for bags, used the fire pit every nite, plenty of grills, nice covered porch, and large pier/dock. Thanks for sharing your place with some old high school buddies. Made lots of memories.

We LOVE our lake vacations!

Our big family loved our time on the lake, especially when we have room to spread out. The lot is fantastic! Deep, flat and tons of shade. So many great settings- on the pier, around the fire pit, on the patio, even a swing. We love being on the lake and with all the big windows you get that same experience inside as well. All the rooms are thoughtfully arranged and everything we could possibly need was there. This property got 10 thumbs up from our gang! Thanks for Hosting!

Great place

The house was very nice and well stocked. We enjoyed the lake. We went tubing, fishing, kayaking and swimming at the sand bar. Went to the Boathouse Restaurant on Winona Lake. Excellent food!
