Great little place!

This place was perfect for my solo trip. There was a really nice kitchen, the beds were super comfortable, and I felt safe in the space. The host was nice and quick with communication! I would definitely stay here again!

Great Weekend

It was a nice property. We enjoyed staying there and would stay again. It would have been nice to have a couch as well as the daybed in the one room. There isn't any living space

Cozy stay

I enjoyed my stay here, made me feel at home. Was in a great location. I had a minor issue host came and looked at it. I was apartment hunting because I am planning to move here so this location really made me interested in the neighborhood. Will be back.

My family and I were in town for a funeral. We originally booked a hotel but it was disgusting so we needed a place to stay. I'm so glad I found this place. It was clean, small but clean and perfect for what we needed. The owners communicate well, reasonable price and just overall a great experience.

Perfect for my needs

Accurate description of the apartment was listed on VRBO. The excellent communication with the hosts also led me to rent from them again. I’m a traveling healthcare worker and was starting my assignment in the area which lead me to this place. A friend and I decided to rent from them for our contract stay at another apartment this host had. Highly recommend 😊

Cozy and Comfortable

The place was nice and convenient for going into Pittsburgh. Overall, it was a nice place to relax and sleep after sightseeing all day. Two minor issues - (1) had to ask for the check-in code as it was not sent to us automatically and it was a little confusing initially trying to get into the apt. (2) A few linens had orange stains on them which should have been bleached out or replaced.

Peaceful 2 rooms near Pittsburg

Convenient location with parking space. Secure, keyless entry system. Old house with interesting features in quiet neighborhood. Well stocked kitchen. Be aware that hardwood floors are extremely slippery, especially in the bedroom (I fell). Question cleaning process of the bathroom as we found two old washcloth on the shower rod upon arrival. Still, this dwelling still did the job for us.

Amazing Trip!

A cute little apartment! Floors were a little squeaky and the intersection right outside could use a few less angry drivers, but other than that, it was an amazing stay! The owners of the house were extremely responsive! We had an issue with the faucet in the bath breaking and they were there in less than hour of us calling and had it fixed for us to use again! (And they were very respectful!) If i had to do it all over again though, I'd suggest brining an extra blanket! AC is set to a cool 67-68 degrees! :))

Quaint Retreat Close to Everything

Where do I begin. The pictures are an accurate reflection of this quaint apartment rental. The host made sure we had easy access, and the size.was perfect for our cousins trip (there were 3 of us). Communication with our host was great. Although i was originally nervous about the location (because we are out of towners) the location is perfect. 5 minutes from the waterfront and 15 minutes from downtown Pittsburgh and my family. If I had one recommendation, it would be to maybe add some coffee mugs, a strainer and a cutting board in the kitchen, otherwise the host did a great job providing any other amenities we needed. We will be returning.

Location Location Location

The property seems to be 10 minutes or less from everything you could want:grocery stores, restaurants, gas station across the street. The property is clean,water, beds are comfortable, and the water pressure in the shower is good. Off street parking in back-which swayed my decision when booking-was no match for on-street parking right in front. Not a congested area at all. I’m no expert, but the WiFi worked well enough that I was streaming a movie on an iPad while working on my computer. Favorite local discovery was Pizza Burgh. If/when I come back to the Munhall/Homestead area, I will try to book THIS property before considering anything else. Very pleased.

Poor

We have stayed in air b and b s and Vrbo all over the world. We didn’t know there were people above us, massive traffic noise all night long, simple fixes like toilet paper, explanations of several codes getting into the unit, high crime rate area.addressed all these issues with the host beforehand giving her the opportunity to make things right, but she was defensive, entitled and argumentative instead of working with us to make things better. Never ever stay here. Never slept with the traffic and other people upstairs in this old old home. I think things would have been better if the young, new to this endeavor would have been kinder and less defensive. Thank you I hope this helps others.
