Fenced in rear yard and free parking for 2 cars. Linens and bath towels provided. 2 dogs allowed. Water sports & Fishing Charters are within walking distance too! Your Ocean & Boardwalk paradise awaits you!

The Space:
There is no laundry equipment in this property

Guest Access:
Smart lock on the door & you will receive a unique door code for your stay; arrival instructions will be sent out several times during the week leading up to your stay VIA EMAIL. If you do not sign the renter agreement, the arrival instructions will not send out. Please ensure that is properly signed when you book to make it easier. CHECK SPAM folder if you do not see the arrival instructions in your email box! THX

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. We enjoyed our stay and the location was great. The checkout time is early - 10am. A little later check out time would have helped. Otherwise, it was a great place for a getaway for the family.

Perfect size and location!

The location and size of this place could not be better!!! The house is slightly out dated but it adds to the charm and it’s very clean. There were just a few minor issues but management was easy to get ahold of and extremely fast to resolve the problem. Highly recommend! We’ll be staying here again.

Dog friendly

We picked this place for our dog. Good fenced in back yard. Place smelled old, but a lot of space in house and close to everything including boardwalk. Rental team was nice and responsive.

Easter Weekend

Property was exactly as described. Plenty of room for everyone and having a front porch and a backyard a plus. We walked everywhere, went to Anglers three times.

Great location

Great location close to boardwalk and beach. The property was old but everything was clean and in working condition. I would have given 5 stars but some beds were uncomfortable.

Nice property, but a few minor issues

Overall, we were somewhat satisfied with our stay: the property was clean, mostly everything worked (more below), and the location was exactly as advertised. The layout was very spacious, and had lots of great amenities: TVs, board games, full kitchen, etc. It was also very accommodating to our dog, who loved the fenced-in backyard.We ran into two hiccups, however: firstly, our door code did not work. The owners responded fairly quickly (roughly 20 mins), but it was a very stressful 20 mins (late at night, crying baby, etc). In their defense, it WAS late (11:00pm), but I DID email the owners around 8:00pm to let them know that we’d be arriving late. The second was that the property was VERY cold. The thermostat was unable to make it past “65” regardless of what we set it at. One could make an argument that expecting great heating at a beach house is a little silly, but had we known ahead of time that the house was going to be THIS cold, we would have packed a little differently.Overall, my husband and I both agree that this would be a great place to stay in the summer, but for the winter, we’d probably opt for a hotel. I’d rate our stay a 3.5/5 if I could, but given that the majority of people will use this house for the summer, I’ll round up to 4.

Perfect Location

This is a classic beach cottage right in downtown OC - perfect for what we needed for our long weekend. We were able to walk to everywhere we needed to go. We will book again!

Great Place to Stay

Very nice place. Great location (located near the rides on the boardwalk) Free parking. You are able to walk to most things. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend. Note: the house does not provide beach towels, hairdryer and the backyard is fenced but will not contain very small dogs because the fence has gaps.

Great OC stay

House had everything we needed. Host was quick to respond to questions. Great to have free parking and a porch and yard walking distance to everything. Love the pet friendly option, even though our dog passed away and was not able to join us. House had plenty of room for everyone to hang out.

Great location

Great location, great backyard for dog. parking for 2 cars was nice but little narrow for our truck. Window AC/s worked great. Had everything we needed, just a little dated. Could walk everywhere.

Small beds were like rock

The small beds were hard we weren’t even told about the orange spots out in front that those are free parking spots till we were there five days and we’re told by a neighbor about them. Found empty water bottles under a bed. Great location but driveway a little dangerous backing out.
