The house is large enough for most any large family or group of friends.
The four bedrooms include 2 California King Beds, 1 Triple Bunk Bed and 2 Twins (Plus an additional Euro Lounger in one of the California King bedrooms). There is a very large common space (living, dining, kitchen and work space) for your family's enjoyment. This space also includes a brand new 86" LG Smart TV, an electric fireplace, and a brand new 3D Electric Massage chair. For your sleeping comfort, the bedrooms are fully refreshed with new furniture, brand new Smart TV's, recessed lighting, and fully functioning new Hunter ceiling fans. The private balcony has brand new furniture including a BBQ, great for sunset dinners. You will love the location and ability to walk or bike ride to all the restaurants and local activities.
