Pelican Landing #E-204 is located in a wonderful gulf to bay condo community with a beautiful view of Lemon Bay. Nestled away from Beach Road adds additional privacy and quiet living. The condo is steps away from the bay and across the street from the private beach, heated pool, and hot tub. The tennis and pickleball court are on the bay side.

The master bedroom features a king bed and beautiful ensuite with walk in shower and double vanities. The master has its own entrance to the lanai.

The guest bedroom offers a queen bed your guest is sure to enjoy, and for down time they can enjoy the lovely chair in a quiet corner nook and read a book.

The bright loft has a twin daybed with new dresser for storage and has plenty of room for a queen air mattress (provided at condo) a home office space, or yoga.

The screened-in lanai is spacious and bright, has a table and four chairs and can be open to the living space with patio doors that slide right into the wall.

The entire condo was just professionally painted and has brand new flooring and window treatments throughout.

Kitchen is well appointed with both a Keurig and a coffee maker, toaster, microwave, new plates and steak knives, and all the cookware
and appliances you need to live like you do at home while you are on vacation with dining are seating 6 comfortably.

The condo also has a full size washer and dryer, wi-fi, a nest thermostat, two flat screen televisions with Comcast Cable and Firestick.

You will be ready for the beach as your chairs, beach umbrella, toys and towels are stored in the guest closet!
Pelican Landing is conveniently located by many wonderful restaurants, and all of your necessities are close by. Time to relax and enjoy!
