¡Saludos! Le invitamos a alojarse donde se puede sacar el máximo provecho de la experiencia de la isla. Esta unidad en el Pelican Landing tiene la mejor de la experiencia del Golfo a la bahía. Relajarse en el muelle en la bahía de Limón y tomar ventaja de su acceso privado a la playa del Golfo.

Comience su día por el acaparamiento de su café y pasear hasta el muelle para ver el sol a lo largo de los manglares.

Caminar por la calle para darse un baño en la piscina y relajante baño en la bañera de hidromasaje. Sólo un poco más allá y se puede plantar sus pies en la arena y tomar un baño en el Golfo! Hay dos entradas independientes a la playa y cada uno tiene una cubierta con bancos. Estos son lugares encantadores para ver los delfines del sol o al contado y otros animales salvajes. Desde Pelican Landing es un complejo de playa de la bahía, se tiene acceso a las instalaciones de baño en el lado de la playa, justo en la zona de la piscina.

Esta unidad 1er piso es perfecto para una familia o unas vacaciones de una pareja. Hay dos habitaciones. El dormitorio principal, con cama de matrimonio, tiene un cuarto de baño privado, TV por cable y acceso directo a la protegidos por malla. El segundo dormitorio, también con una cama de matrimonio, promociona una ojeada un abucheo vista del Golfo! También hay un segundo baño completo. Los dos dormitorios y el salón tienen ventiladores de techo.

El salón tiene un plan de piso amplio y abierto que permite que todo el grupo se sienta juntos. Incluso el cocinero (s) no se quedará fuera, mientras se prepara una fiesta o mezclar un refresco!

El protegidos por malla ofrece un hermoso lugar privado para relajarse y descansar. El internet de alta velocidad le permite navegar por la web desde cualquier lugar en el sitio, incluyendo la terraza. Si te gusta la brisa natural y la luz solar, apagar el aire acondicionado central y abrir las ventanas y puertas y dejar que el aire fresco.

Este condominio cuenta con muchas comodidades para su conveniencia. Ropa de tamaño completo lavadora y secadora, microondas, lavavajillas, triturador de basura, nevera / hielo, cafetera / tetera, TV por cable y reproductor de DVD.

Basta de hablar de los grandes en el interior! Esta unidad tiene que ver con el amante al aire libre. Trae tu bicicleta y encerrarlos justo debajo del edificio. Tome ventaja de la pista de tenis y las raquetas y pelotas de tenis previstas. Después de un largo día en la playa, almacenar sus sillas de playa y sombrilla previstas en el cobertizo de almacenamiento junto a la playa proporcionada por Pelican Landing. Duchas y mangueras se proporcionan en cada acceso a la playa para enjuagarse.

Aprovechar algunos de los mejores lugares de pesca en todo desde el muelle o en el surf. Si tienes suerte, limpiar su pescado en el muelle. Si no tienes suerte, hay varios restaurantes de la isla! Tienen una comida frente al mar o sólo algunas bebidas mientras escucha música en vivo.

Loved the unit

It was convenient to the beach ,fishing dock and pool. Lots of parking.. Condo was well equipped and very clean. The mgr was always available when needed and got back to me very quickly.

Really Nice Place. Beautiful!

This condo is beautiful and clean and convenient. My check in wasn't the best because the lock had recently been changed and the code was not the one I was given but just to point out how nice the place is the neighbor let us in her home until we could get the new code. I had never met them but it was over 90 degrees and humid and the cool air was welcoming.

Great location

We enjoyed our stay at Palm View so much! We could walk to everything we needed for entertainment & restaurants. The plus was the pool & beach access a short walk across the street. It made a great place to watch sunsets. The beautiful kitchen was equipped with everything we needed, but there were a couple restaurants within walking distance so we usually ate out. Also, it was so quiet at night (no traffic noise) we slept well. Great landlord too! Always replied right away if I had a question.

Everything you need to enjoy Manasota Key!

So well equipped. Clean and excellent, newly finished kitchen. A few steps to the beautiful beach or the bay…and close to restaurants (walking distance). Free mini trolleys can also take you. We are bicyclists and loved going north and south on the lovely, curving road with well marked bike lanes. We stayed 5 weeks and will miss it!😃😃😃😃

Just plain paradise ❤️

Location was great. We had a wonderful time here. Condo is equipped with everything you need. Beach chairs,beach toys,towels,cooler. Neighbors were all wonderful. Pool is fabulous. Every night we would grab our chairs for the best sunsets ever. Loved sitting by the bay to read. Elevator was a plus. We brought our own bikes and had a great time exploring from one end to the other. Thank you for sharing your place with us.

The perfect vacation spot

My husband and I just celebrated our 20th anniversary and we were fortunate enough to stay in this beautiful condo. The pool and the beach are just a short walk across the street and are well maintained. This condo is spacious, clean, and has everything you could possibly need. John Klein was very professional and responsive. John sent me a welcome packet before our scheduled arrival date which included the check in/out instructions as well as several recommendations for food and entertainment. We had a great time and are already talking about renting this condo again next year.

10 days in august

We had a wonderful time. The condo is perfect. Has everything we needed. We asked about the grill 10 min later johns brother was here telling us everything we wanted to know. The place is very clean and close to the beach. The pool area is also clean and has lots of sunchairs. We did not miss one thing in this place. Would come back anytime again. Thanks for letting us stay at your home. Our flight was leaving late so we got to stay longer at the condo as the regular check out time with no problem at all.

Perfect Property

This property is absolutely perfect for a terrific stay on Manasota Key. It is a great location with easy access to the gulf beach, pool, and hot tub. The unit is extremely well furnished and very pleasantly decorated. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is furnished with everything anyone would need. Eating meals on the beautiful balcony is a treat as you feel as though you are up in the palm trees! John is one of the best owners we have ever dealt with. His responses are immediate and his concern that guests enjoy their vacation in his properties is stellar! We hope to return and would highly recommend any of John's properties! Marie and Bob

The property is beautiful! very well kept!

I love love love this condo and its location. Beach is across the street as well as the pool and hot tub.. there is a shed by the beach to keep your chairs so no carrying stuff! The area has plenty to do!! morning beach yoga, cycling, parks at either end of N. Beach Road. Plenty of places to hear music/eats/drinks within walking distance! places to kyack and paddle board ! go into town on Deerborn Street and you find some very unique boutiques and Silver jewlery along with a few other interesting stores. Also there are some restaurants with night music! Look on Englewoods FB page and you can find out whats going on in the area! My favorite was "The Beat Goes On Drum and Dance Studio on Access Road! took up Djembe Drumming .. just go experience it! Great bunch of people! The condo has everything you need! Very spacious !!! you have the bay behind you to see the Sun come up and the Gulf across the street for Sunset! there are also tennis courts! The condo also has everything you need to take to the beach ..like coolers and toys for kids etc... I give this condo and location 10 stars!!! Maxine Bodson/Seaside Park, NJ

Pelican Landing Condo / Englewood

Great property, nicely decorated and maintained. Condo well supplied. Easy access to beach, pool, amenities and things to do in the area. Had a very enjoyable stay. Would be happy to rent the unit again for future vacations!

Everything we needed was here.

We had a great time while staying at the condo, despite the red tide conditions. Nothing can be done about the red tide so we just made the best of it. The condo came complete with everything we might need for a one week stay, everything was very clean and it was furnished to our liking. The pool was our "go to place" as we were warned not to go into the golf water, though we could look for sharks teeth and shells along the shore, the pool was large and heated, there is also a hot tub. About the only thing I I can recommend is another key to the pool (that would make 2) and directions on the remotes for the TVs There were 2 remotes for each TV and it was hard to tell what did what. If that is the only things I can fault if asked, I would rate the condo a 4.90 out of 5.

Comfortable

Stayed the last week of April 2018. Condo Unit was Clean and Comfortable. We had 2 couples and it worked well. We had a boat and had zero problem getting a slip for the week. Pool & area are well maintained. Owner John was Great to work with. Had to switch our dates due to a work conflict and John handled it with no effort on our part. We would definitely stay here again.

Very Disappointing Unit.

Great Beach, Pool, Dock and Patio Areas, Close to Restaurants. The unit : old uncomfortable(2) chairs(1) couch in the living room. The on suite: smelt old and musty the old musty smell carried out into the master bedroom. The mattresses were uncomfortable, the bed linens and blankets thread bare and some were stained. The kitchen: appliances old with rust showing, the fridge shelves needed cleaning when we arrived. a Great assortment of old not to clean pots, pans, cutlery and worn out kitchen gadgets. The Lanai: 2 uncomfortable chairs with mismatched cushions and a small matching table. The Lanai looked out on an assortment of over grown foliage which contributed to the overall gloom and dinge. I trust the owner John will read this review and take steps to up grade the unit to reflect the rental fees.

Great place!

Easy access to the gulf, the bay, and a pool was great for us and our small children. We loved the place, too. Very comfortable, clean, and convenient! Rental manager was very friendly and accommodating.

Palm View Property

We spent a lovely, laid back, quiet week at the Palm View Condo. John and his high communication skills minimized any anxiety we had about the property prior to opening the door. Manasota Key...a place to do nothing on the beach all day or stay busy at the various attractions in the area from restaurants, tiki huts, happy hours (11-6) golf, tennis or water toy rentals. Thanks John!

My stay at Pelican Landing was great! The condo was very clean and decorated very nicely. loved it!

The condo was very comfortable and had everything I needed. My mom and neice stayed with me and the two bedroom, two baths and pull out sofa were perfect. The pool and jacuzzi across the street were awsome and right on the beach. Very nice location and very refreshing! I'm glad the pool was not heated! It was nice to have beach towels, sunscreen, DVD player, beach chairs and even binoculars! It felt very safe and relaxing. I would definitely rent here again. John was very helpful when I called him about a small issue with getting into the condo. Misunderstanding on my part. Thankyou for a lovely stay!

Awesome Family Trip!

My family of 5 had a wonderful stay at this very nice condo. John was great to work with, and politely checked on us to make sure everything was going well. He has done a fantastic job with recent renovations, and we were very pleased with everything from the comfortable beds to the well-stocked kitchen. Having a washer and dryer in the condo was very convenient! If you're concerned about the location from the beach, watch the provided video to see the proximity and the ease of the walk. My sons and I also enjoyed the tennis court, located right outside the door. You'll be happy with your experience here!

Great place to stay!

My husband and I stayed here for 6 days. Very cozy, yet spacious condo with nice charm. This place is equipped with everything you could possibly need while away. The kitchen is fully stocked with items (even a cheese grater!), and the lanai included helpful items such as beach chairs and coolers. The condo is a minute walk away from both the Gulf and the bay. Spacious enough that you don't mind spending the day inside if needed. A wonderful place for anyone that is looking for island living!

Gorgeous, spacious condo

The décor and color scheme is beautiful. Kitchen and baths were modern and spacious. Large washer and dryer off kitchen. Very peaceful setting on the island between the Gulf and inside water. Good fishing from the dock. We left our car parked the entire time and walked to public beach and restaurants. Fabulous place!

Clean and great location Condo

This two bed two bath Condo provides a lot of space for you to relax after a full day of exploring and activities. Due to its size and cleanliness, you don't mind having a raining day to hang in with the family. The proximity to the bay and Gulf makes it a perfect place to rent for anyone who rather spend their time on the beach instead of walking to it. We are looking forward to spending another week at this condo for years to come.

Florida Vacation

The condo is located in a great location. Plenty of fun activities to do like kayak tours and nature park walks. Beach, restaurants and bars all in walking distance. The condo is beautiful, clean and well maintained. I'm hoping to spend another vacation there.
