-Strict city sound ordinance - no outdoor music

-In person walkthrough required per City of Palm Springs

-25-year age minimum for booking

-IDs required for all guests aged 18 and over

-No pets allowed

-Mailbox access is not permitted. Please use the nearest post office.

-No bikes available

-To keep communication simple, we request only speaking directly with the main host on their booking platform. Any additional guests are welcome to call or text our company number.

-External guest rental agreement to be signed electronically

-Doorbell with motion sensor video at the main entry

-Early check-in/late check-out available with approval only - fees apply

-Pack n Play available - fees apply (request prior to arrival)

-Pool and Spa heat fees apply - inquire prior to booking

-Additional $1,500 refundable security deposit required for all 30+ night bookings not booked through Abnb

-Non-Abnb/HVMB cancellations incur a non-refundable 5% processing fee. Full refunds per policy will be 95%
