Welcome to Gulfview Beach Escape, your new favorite place! This newly renovated 3bd, 2ba one story house just off 30A is a quick 10 minute walk or 2 minute golf cart ride to the beach and has everything you'll need to make your visit to Santa Rosa Beach memorable. Our bungalow is situated at the West end of 30A in Dune Allen Beach, at the intersection of 30A & 393 and is nestled in the peaceful neighborhood of Gulfview Heights. The Gulfview Beach Escape is located along a 26 mile stretch of sugar-white sand and turquoise waters of Florida's Panhandle. We are located in one of the 16 distinct neighborhoods in Santa Rosa Beach that has its own character charm. A quick golf cart ride and you have easy access to local restaurants and shopping. You are also a short distance away from other 30A favorite neighborhoods like Seaside, Seacrest & Rosemary Beach. Inside the home you'll find an open kitchen, eat in island and stainless steel appliances. An open family room awaits with a smart TV ready for your streaming network of choice, a large dining table with bench seating. Spread out in one of the many outdoor seating areas, relax in the beautiful heated pool, or sip your morning coffee in one of the rocking chairs out front.


All mattresses are memory foam Certi-Pur-Us Certified. Primary Bedroom- King bed private bath with tub & separate shower, sleeps 2. Second Bedroom- Queen bed, sleeps 2. Third Bedroom-two- twin over twin bunks, sleeps 4. Second & Third bedroom share second bath housing shower/tub combo. The home is stocked with all of the basic essentials you will need. All you will have to do is unpack and enjoy your vacation! A shed out back provides all of the beach essentials you need to make your beach trip enjoyable (chairs, umbrellas, toys, wagon, etc.) A list of home essentials will be provided to assist you with your packing. The home has a convenient laundry room with washer & dryer. A 6 seater street legal golf cart is included with property to make transportation to the beach a breeze. Outdoor security cameras are provided for your safety, as well as pool door alarm system.

Our family of 4 absolutely loved this house. It was the perfect location for us to enjoy the beach, local restaurants and ride bikes. The house was super clean and very well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The golf cart, bikes and beach equipment were great additions as well! Breann was a great host and responded quickly with any questions we had. The backyard and pool area made this one of our most favorite places we’ve ever stayed!

Fantastic house and amenities!

This house was perfect. The pictures honestly don't do it justice. The host answered questions quickly, the property was amazingly clean, and its located just a few streets from the beach. The golf cart allowed us to easily access the two very close public beaches, and was easier to park around town than our large SUV. Every amenity you can imagine was provided. A nicely stocked kitchen, beach toys and umbrellas, pack and play, sound machines, games, and the list goes on. As nice as the house is, the backyard and pool are arguably better. Landscaped, well shaded, and the pool was amazing. With stairs leading to the deepest part of around 4ft, it was the perfect setup for our 6 and 8yr olds, without causing undue stress on their already weary parents. Our kids like the pool and house so much, they hardly wanted to go to the beach! We've stayed in numerous vacation homes in the past, but this one was by far the best. Will be looking to return in the future.

Family perfect

This worked great for my family! 3 yr old & 4 month old We used the pack’n play provided & put a twin mattress on the floor in the bunk room for my 3 yr old. Baby even had her own room, if needed the master closet is big enough for the pack’n play! Pool was perfect. Loved the quite neighborhood & big yard. Yes, still close enough to restaurants etc. Games in bunk room were an added bonus, as well as the cooler. We would stay again!

Great Getaway!

Perfect property for a weekend getaway with a group of friends! So close to the beach and the golf cart was an added bonus! The pool area was so cute and was so fun to hang out at. The house had everything we needed! We will definitely return if we are in the area again.

Perfect Spot for Relaxing Family Vacation!

This property was perfect for my family (my husband and I, my in-laws and our two young children). It was very clean, much better equipped than any other VRBO we have ever stayed in. The host could not have been nicer and more accommodating. She was very quick to respond to any questions and happy to help us in any way. Location was ideal for our family. Very close beach access, close to restaurants and shops but tucked away in a safe and quiet neighborhood. We loved having the golf cart to get around. The pool was amazing! My family had such a nice stay and we’ve already decided we can’t wait to come back here.

Lovely home in a quiet peaceful location!

We had the best week - the photos didn’t do this house justice. It was stocked with everything we needed. The furnishings were so tasteful and everything seemed brand new. The pool and backyard was our favorite part and the golf cart was icing on the cake. We had just a couple issues during our stay but Breann was amazing to work with and took care of everything within minutes. Loved the quieter end of 30A, had no trouble with traffic and the beach was a 2 minute golf cart ride away. Overall, just lovely.

Quiet retreat near 30A

Home was conveniently located in quiet neighborhood within walking distance of beach. Golf cart made it super handy. Loved the heated pool and backyard. It was perfect for a family with young children. Host was very responsive and answered questions almost immediately. We would stay there again.

Family spring break!

An amazing trip to 30A! Our family had the perfect getaway to a fabulous house. We loved the pool, walks to the beach, and the sunshine all around the beautiful house. This place had everything we needed and even more! So impressed with all the kitchen supplies! We will definitely be back!

Paradise!

My family really enjoyed our stay! The pool was AMAZING and gorgeous! We had some questions throughout the week and the property manager was so attentive and helpful. The kitchen had everything we needed to make home cooked meals and Publix was right down the street. The beach was a short walk/bike ride but Grayton Beach was our favorite. Deer lake was beautiful as well!

Great Little Escape

We had a great time at this property! Perfect for our two families with. 1 year old and 3 year old. Pool was great for afternoons after a morning of being at the beach. We did have a few little hiccups but the property manager was easy to deal with and had excellent communication!

Amazing home short drive to the beach

The house was beautiful, clean, and fully stocked. The pool was amazing and the pool alarm system ensured we felt safe with our 3 year old. The beach was a short golf cart ride away and the shed had everything we needed for the pool and beach!

We are The Thompson Family, and for years we have been drawn to Santa Rosa Beach to enjoy the sugar-white sand beaches, turquoise Caribbean like waters and the quaint vibe that 30A has to offer. We have always dreamed of owning a vacation home to escape to and make memories as a family, but were nervous to take the leap of faith. As our kids started to get older, we knew we couldn't wait any longer...life is too short to wait on a dream. We wanted a place where we could enjoy family holidays, long weekends, vacation getaways and share with our friends and family too! Welcome to your new favorite place, Gulfview Beach Escape! We hope you love it here as much as we do!

When we saw the white picket fence and large wrap around porch, we knew this was the right place for us! We love that there are so many places to spread out and relax, and enjoy your time. When the ocean is angry, you can even hear the waves crashing from the front porch. Often we will sit in the rocking chairs out front with our coffee and just listen, it is pretty cool! We just love this neighborhood! It is a blend of full time residents and rentals, so you get that friendly charm or a hello wave on your morning walk and it just makes you feel right at home!

Gulfview Beach Escape was completely renovated in 2022 and is a single story, so it is convenient for many travelers young or young at heart. Our on-site golf cart makes transportation a breeze, and you can get to all of your local favorites in a few minutes time. We also have plenty of parking for your travel group, so no worries.
