We went for the weekend for my daughter’s 4th birthday and we had a blast! The pool and the golf cart were the main reasons we booked this place. Very reasonable price. Communication was great with the host. Highly recommend staying here!

We had a wonderful time staying here! The pool and backyard was perfect for a five year-old and two year-old and we loved the sun ledge in the pool for the kids to play on. The golf cart was also a highlight and a great way to get to the beach each day or to go and grab ice cream after dinner! The house was a perfect size and extremely clean and the kitchen was well stocked.

We had an amazing time at the house! It was very well appointed with everything we could ever want or need. The golf cart rides to the beach everyday made the trip extra special! Our host, Breann, was on top of everything and made us really feel welcome. We'd go back to the house in a heartbeat!

The house was super clean and very well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The golf cart, bikes and beach equipment were great additions as well! Breann was a great host and responded quickly with any questions we had. The backyard and pool area made this one of our most favorite places we’ve ever stayed!

We absolutely loved our stay at the Gulfview Beach escape house. We had amazing weather during our time there and were able to use the pool daily as well as the amazing beach. We paid additional to have the pool heated as spring weather can be fickle in Florida. This was well worth it and the pool was at a lovely temperature when we arrived and remained perfect throughout our stay. The house was immaculate and beautiful. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. There was one minor issue at the beginning of our stay that was resolved immediately. Breanne's quick response was appreciated. The only thing I would change would be more of a description of the house and surroundings as well as more pictures. It was even better than we expected!

Hello! We are The Thompson Family, and for years we have been drawn to Santa Rosa Beach to enjoy the sugar-white sand beaches, turquoise Caribbean like waters and the quaint vibe that 30A has to offer. We have always dreamed of owning a vacation home to escape to and make memories as a family, but were nervous to take the leap of faith. As our kids started to get older, we knew we couldn't wait any longer...life is too short to wait on a dream. We wanted a place where we could enjoy family holidays, long weekends, vacation getaways and share with our friends and family too! Welcome to your new favorite place, Gulfview Beach Escape! We hope you love it here as much as we do!

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

When we saw the white picket fence and large wrap around porch, we knew this was the right place for us! We love that there are so many places to spread out and relax, and enjoy your time. When the ocean is angry, you can even hear the waves crashing from the front porch. Often we will sit in the rocking chairs out front with our coffee and just listen, it is pretty cool! We just love this neighborhood! It is a blend of full time residents and rentals, so you get that friendly charm or a hello wave on your morning walk and it just makes you feel right at home!

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Gulfview Beach Escape was completely renovated in 2022 and is a single story, so it is convenient for many travelers young or young at heart. Our on-site golf cart makes transportation a breeze, and you can get to all of your local favorites in a few minutes time. We also have plenty of parking for your travel group, so no worries.
